Their electronic board showed our name, pick up time and driver name but driver was not showing on any of the vans on the map. Pick up time came and went and no driver. Called the company and were told they would call us back. They did and told us a didfeeent driver would come. That driver never came and his van showed leaving the airport. our name dropped off the board too so called again and were told we had been picked up. We assured them we had not. Reassigned us to yet another driver who did not show. Called again and were told another driver would come and was 10 mins out. It was more like 20 but actually got picked up by the slowest driver ever. 1-1/2 hours after our original pick up time we were finally at our hotel.

I reserved a Mercedes sprinter van including the works(bar, tv, refrigerator, neon lights) for my father's 80th birthday. I prepaid the rental and tip as requested by the company (maybe this was my first mistake). Upon the day of the service, I was contacted by the driver that he would be late because the van had a flat tire. That was fine, things happen. However, when the driver finally arrived, he brought a standard white ford van with no extras. It was not what I paid for. As we had our family all waiting to take my dad on his birthday trip, I did not make a fuss and we made the best of it (including stopping at Walmart for a cooler and ice). The next day, I politely emailed the company and asked for a refund of the difference between the rental costs of the two vans (a reasonable ask and good business). No response. I emailed again, no response. I called and the person on the phone acknowledged getting the emails and the manager would call me. This is not a company you want to do business with. I question now if the vehicles pictured on their website even exist. You only get one 80th birthday (many won't even get that). Everett limo ruined it.

Why couldn't you have just turned me from a rich man in the wrong location to a rich man in the right location? Just kidding. I was never a rich man to begin with, and I'm certainly not a rich man now after using Eagle Taxi's service. But some things just needed to be done, and I needed to get back home. Eagle Taxi took me there as fast as they could. I needed to get a ride from Marysville to Redmond, a city about 32 miles south. Because traffic was so horrible during afternoon's rush hour that Sunday, the taxi actually came to a standstill at some points and we were forced to wait on the freeway for a while. The total drive time actually came to about an hour, but it's not fair for me to count the time against them. They only charge by the distance traveled, anyway. So eventually, I got to my destination. No wrecks or anything crazy like that despite the chaos that was I-5 and I-405. The guy driving me was nice and had his adolescent son in the front passenger seat for some reason. The total came to $88.29, for which I gave the driver five twenty-dollar bills. I would have tipped more, but that total came out to much more than I had expected. But hey, I'm glad the guy was even willing to write up a receipt for me. It would have been nicer if I weren't a hundred dollars shorter for my travel, though.
