Had an unpleasant experience at the AAA branch in Tracy after Joyti treated my 50 year old husband like a child when he didnt catch that the paperwork had the county name down instead of the city. She chastised him at a ridiculous volume that he didn't check it carefully. She was very rude and unprofessional which was our first bad experience at this branch. Patricia was very nice as always. I recommend waiting for Patricia and steering clear of Joyti unless you want a miserable experience. read more

I went in Friday for passport photos. The greater checked me in and noticed that I was interested in their alarm system. She gave me a handout and told me to reach out to her if interested. I like that, not being pushy at all. I waited no longer than 10 minutes for the pictures to be taken and given to me. Pictures were given in a cute little passport looking-like envelope. The pictures were of good quality. It was such a quick in and out. I did learn that you need to provide them your legal name when checking in because they use the same name when they look up your membership. read more

I've been a AAA member since 1994. I'm completely fed up with their new policy. I can no longer pay with my social security card. AAA won't even except cash in person or a cashier's check in person or by usps. AAA has decided that since my social security card is a debit card it is a prepaid card they've decided to not except. They never took into consideration that a citizen, young or old, may not use the banking system. It doesn't matter that I have been a member in good standing since 1994. Over 30 years of never having a late payment. I've paid in full, for the year, upon receiving bills for my home, cars & security system cameras. The phone rep in Tracy California laughed when I was trying to explain that I wanted to come in person to pay cash. I guess that was funny to her. To be honest she is normally helpful but it was the last straw for me. By the way if I could give 0 stars I would. read more

Easy to get in and out for Dmv services. Super friendly staff and great location. Csaa is great.

So great to have this convenient AAA location in Tracy! The parking is never an issue as the lot is huge. The lines inside aren't ever more than 4 people in front of you that i have experienced in the few times i have gone. We like that we can not only use the travel services to book trips and services as well as pick up maps, but also use the DMV services and get registration stickers, etc. on the spot. It's a wonderful service we are so excited to have easily accessible to us. Makes it worth paying for! Each time I have been into the offices the employees are also super helpful and try to assist in anyway they can. read more

Worst emergency roadside service ever! Do not pay for this! They leave you stranded or try to multi transport during an emergency with no regard for the customer or your safety! Bad policies, worst customer service and care. I recommend using your actual car insurance carriers roadside service and never be naive enough to rely on AAA. read more

So, my tire busted on Grant Line due to these raggedy public streets. I give good ole AAA a call and they tell me it's gonna be 2 hours b4 they can come get me from originally 45 minutes. Now get this due to Covid-19, they can take my car but I cannot ride with the driver? Wtf, if I was not in town but on a desolate road in the middle of no damned place? I'm afraid of Covid just like the rest but let's be clear this is a "essential service" and if this is the best that AAA can do maybe they shouldn't be considered "essential". So they have their driver with a mask and their passenger with a mask and I even have my negative (current) Covid test. But "we've had 2 drivers come down with Covid" so maybe then you shouldn't be drivin tow trucks. It's ABSOLUTELY not cool to leave your customer stranded. Shit I would rather be driven home b4 my car. It's fully insured! Bullshit at its finest! Wish I could give 0 stars like they give 0 Fucks about their customers. read more

I came in here couple of weeks ago on my lunch break despite the whole Covid 19 issue I thought it will be a long process to try and get my DMV registration renewal, but when I arrived they have implemented, a process to make customer and Employees safe by limiting customer into the store looks like this is the new normal but I was seen quick fast and efficient I was out in 10 mins and the lady at the counter was very helpful and attentive and nice. Sure beats going into the DMV offices we all know how the customer services play out there. Nothing but a great experience here I will be coming back here for future needs. read more

I had to have my car towed yesterday for mechanical problems. I was worried the tow truck wouldn't come till dark. I don't like being out after dark. The tow truck driver got there quicker than the estimated time which was very nice because I had my daughter with me and she was frustrated and just wanted to go home. The driver Kyle was super nice extremely polite to my daughter and myself. Very knowledgeable. He worked quickly and safely. A pleaser to be around. We got home quickly and safely. I am taking the time to write this review before customer service and a lot of business I have been to lately are non existent. People and company's that take the time to give good quickly customer service should be recognized. I feel. Keep up the good work guys. read more

Thank you AAA Tracy branch is top notch! I came in to register a truck I just bought had some legacy plates I wanted to put on and to insure it at the same time in and out in less than 25 min. Here's a tip just have all your paperwork in order fill out everything properly. In changing the plates for legacy plates make sure you surrender the old ones by bringing them with you. Remember to also bring in the legacy plates so they can inspect them. This way your in and out. Do your part and fill out everything you can. you can also down load any form from DMV they have any form you need. I am glad to be a member and benefit from all AAA services! FYI on the way to AAA I drove by DMV the line circled the building in 100 degree weather! read more

THIS IS FOR 1-800-AAA not this specific office. So yeah, NEVER use the auto service to ask for assistance. They lie and don't get your order to whom it should go to unless you have all day to wait. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. First time. Never have I had a problem until today. Some of the staff I've spoken to lied and said they called 3x and I hung up on them so they cancelled the order. WTH! Anyhoots, waited another 30 mins and no one. I gave them about 45 mins and had to call again. Nothing so here I am again on the phone and next ETA is 3:20PM from 10:02AM. read more

I had called to see their status of obtaining maps for an upcoming trip, and the lady I spoke with, Candy, was, as always, very informative. She asked me which maps I needed and while I was waiting in line to go in she called me back and then came outside to the line to give me the maps that I had requested. That is wonderful service! I called to get renters insurance and ended up speaking with Jyoti, she helped me get a policy at a great price. Thennni call her back about a week later to see how much car insurance would be for both of my cars. I was shocked when she told me how much it would be, the price was half of what I was paying with my old insurance company. I always thought AAA would be expensive so I never bothered to get a quote, but with the good experience I had with Jyoti getting my renters insurance I decided to just get a quote from her for my cars and I am very glad I did! She got straight to the point but made great conversation too. Overall, It was a great experience and I've already told my family and friends to get a quote from her. I did not want to deal with DMV and most of us know why so, I went here to get my registration tags (I'm not a AAA member) ands used the DMV kiosk machine. Yes I had to wait in line a few minutes as they are only allowing a max of 3 inside, but when it was my turn I was greeted & welcomed in by Leslie ..... with a smile, she helped me as I've never used the kiosk before. It prints out the receipt / Registration card and your tags instantly. She was so very helpful, nice and smiled. I was in and out under 10 minutes. I thanked her for her time and helping me, she responded with a huge smile it was my pleasure ma'am, come back to see us again have a great rest of your day ! It was so refreshing. read more

I just got out of rehab that requires me to be on a walker. As soon as I got there they had a chair waiting for me but before I got called they called me to the window and they brought me a chair. I was there to do dmv registration which was completely FAST. The clerk was awesome trying to help out quickly so I could be on my way. No negative things to say. I love this store read more

I do not know who I can be disappointed with. Maybe AAAs policy I can not tow my car to an auto auction, maybe the local AAA staff for not listening to me when I told them multiple times I work at said auto auction. Either way I have a broken car that needs work and work at a large auto facility where the car can be taken care of in what ever fashion I as an employee have access too. Why is it that the one time I need my service I can not use it? If you call the auction and ask if an employee can get repairs maybe you would receive different answers. Maybe you have to call specifically the person I have made arrangements with, but in any case I am being denied service the one time I need it. For a car to go from a home to an auto facility I work at. Thanks for nothing AAA. I am very disappointed your service has come down so much over the years. Or maybe it is simply the northern California area. Never had a problem in southern Nevada. read more

Anytime I can avoid going to the DMV is a major accomplishment for me. Thank goodness for AAA. The staff here at Tracy is friendly and helpful. I just moved up north so Leslie assisted me with setting my membership up to transfer over while another staff member helped process my registration transactions. Recently, my vehicle's year sticker from the rear plate, was stolen. Tried to get information from the local DMV office and the wait time to speak to someone was approximately 1 hour. Then I remembered that I am a AAA Roadside Assistance member and that their office has a DMV Representative. I went over there and in less than 20 minutes my question was answered and my problem was resolved. I love this benefit of being a AAA Club Member! read more

This review is not for the Tracy office itself. We've had pretty good experiences there. Generally AAA provides good service. Be careful with larger claims.They will fight tooth and nail to avoid paying out legitimate claims. They contract/outsource/use out of state representatives or contractors to assess or review claims then round table it. We haven't submitted a lot of claims. We've been with AAA for almost 20 years so the decline in service has been recent. When we really needed them to come through it was ruff. This is why we gave them 3 stars as opposed to 1 Star. Know your policy inside and out and ask questions. One representative's interpretation of policy may not be the same as another's. We hope this helps. read more
