I had a bundle policy with State Farm for 25 years plus. I knew the prior broker personally and had a great business repo with Mr Langley but not with Omar Ziad! I made a appointment to update and get more coverage and the follow up just didn't happen. Multiple messages and emails went ignored. I haven't seen a business handle their clients in a worse way. I canceled everything I have moved to another company all together. I would not suggest ANYBODY to go to them with any expectations of professionalism. One star was the lowest rating possible and one star is to high in my opinion. read more

I wish i could give this office ZERO STARS!!!!! The general insurance is not bad. Its this fucking office that killed it for me!!!! So i got reffered to omar by my car dealer seemed quick and easy, and it was till I had to add on my second car. Omar said yes no problem gave me a quote. I set up automatic payments for my first auto on my policy.So when it came to adding on the second car I had to go into the office and pay. Which wasnt an issue till the idiots they have in the office have no idea wth they are doing. So an hour and two phone calls later I thought my second car was added on and everything was current. Till noemi calls me saying my car ISNT ON THE POLICY AND I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN!!!!! Wtf is wrong with these people!!!??? These guys need to get the hell out of the gym and get there heads out of there asses and focus on there clients policy's!!!! ITS RIDICULOUS!!!! Omar doesnt give a shyt about his clients! He just wants to fill his quote! Even after i expressed my unsatisfaction with noami and i wanted to cancell my plan omar called me a few days after trying to sell me life insurance! Lol! I couldnt believe it! He had no idea i had cancelled my plan or how unhappy i was with the whole situation!!!!! Omar is literally the laziest insurance representative I've ever dealt with. He won't call you back, or deal with your concerns. I've called multiple times and have always been told he's either not there, or busy but that he will call me back. Did he call me back? Not at all. My insurance rate randomly went up with no explanation and he won't tell me why. My family has had State Farm for years but unfortunately because of this agent who clearly doesn't care about his clients, we will have to take our business some where else where they actually pick up the phone and deal with our concerns. read more

I'm so disappointed in this agent. He "inherited" my business from an agent that retired. They changed my home owners policy with OUT my knowledge or permission. They told me that they sent a letter that sated if I didn't respond, that it meant I wanted my policy changed. I only found out about the change when I submitted a claim. This was back in December. Omar told me he would fix it. Here we are 9 months later and MULTIPLE calls later and it's still not resolved. He always says he is working on it or will call me right back but NEVER does. To top it off the claim that I had to submit was the fault of a repair man sent by Sears. Sears accepted responsibility in December and said that they would reimburse all expenses once the repair was done. Conveniently Statefarm lost the contact information for Sears litigation department. This means that the claim in on my policy for 5 years!! I can not go to another company because of that. read more

I am so with the other guy BR here, if I could give a no star, I would!! These people are a joke!! To make a real long story as short as I can, My car had gotten scratched and I wasn't 100% sure what had happened so I opened a claim with my insurance, I was told that there would be zero deductible so I took my car to the shop, the car was there for two days and I get a call from the collision center telling me that I had to come up with a $500.00 deductible, What!!! I was told no deductible, so I called Omar who by the way never helped me at all, he was always either in a meeting or out of the office and on the rare occasion that I did speak to him, he would say I will call you back and never did! Needless to say, I had to do all the fighting and work myself, I finally called cooperate and explained what had happened. Please do not use this guy or his office, state Farm is not a bad insurance company, it's just the air head asses that they give the licenses to. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that they never have a problem calling you for your payment!!! DO NOT USE THESE MORONS!!! You will be so sorry you did! I did finally get my car fixed thanks to corporate and my not giving up but I will be going to another company for insurance. I thought out insurance agents were supposed to help us, fight for us??
