Says that I can come after hours and put it in the motherboard for you for $350 plus motherboard I said I'll look around so I called up a company and they sold me a brand new motherboard for Samsung My refrigerator I put it in it's the easiest thing in the world and it still didn't work so I called another company out here and he said it's the compressor still so I called Samsung and Samsung I had to deal with the some people genies TV and repair I explain to them what happened they decided that it wasn't their fault over the phone and they would have to charge me to come back out and now they won't even answer my phone calls I have to call them from a different phone number every time I want to talk to them and every single time I do get a hold of him they say oh we'll figure that out today and let you know and the owner of the company is the the guy who comes out and fixes so my goal is to never ever allow Samsung or any other company to use them everywhere they have a connection or a contract I'm going to call those companies and have them remove Jeannie's TV and appliances repair services

Had no insight on how to fix the…read moreissue and left within 25min with no resolution. 24hrs after no word 48hrs after no word 52hrs after I called and no answer 66hrs they called back with no resolution I've been without a washer for 3 extra days because they couldn't diagnose the issue. If you want to fix something, in a timely manner, don't expect it. At this hour they still have no resolution. Don't worry they will send an email to the manufacturer of the machine and not keep you updated. Maybe should have sent over a fax, used USPS, or a crow. Trash service.

Their " head" repair guy came out on December 31 2025, which I must add is the only time anyone has shown to fix the stove since November 26th, he walked in took one look at the stove and stated that he would have to "break" the door in order to fix the stove. This whole process has been nothing but frustrating. we received a part on Saturday, the part is the back of the oven, which doesn't even make sense why they would order parts that isnt broke.
