    Had a very short wait and the staff was extremely helpful. I came to get an EZ Pass transponder and was in and out within 10 minutes.

    Such a gift to have registry services available at AAA. That alone pays for the cost of membership.

    Great idea. far better than going to DMV. Perhaps AAA could start training sessions for the DMV workers.

    You don't need any ID for a photo. It becomes part of the package you turn in with the IDs you need to get a passport.

The bride and groom…read moreused this company (Sue in specific) to try to lessen the stress of wedding planning and getting everyone accommodated at the location. However, it was the COMPLETE opposite for everyone involved. Speaking on my experience, Sue was not very responsive until it came down to collecting the money. Didn't really have or give any other information in regards to the hotel. Fast forward to the travel day & the experience of the stay. We arrived and was not aware that there was a requirement of a major credit card or a debit amount in a checking account for a $400 hold. Some did not travel we credit cards or did not have it. When we finally got our room, we had two separate beds. We tried to get the hotel to get us a room with a single king bed but they told us that our travel agent was supposed to specify. The hotel notified us that Sue has used this hotel several times and should have notified us about all these inconveniences we experienced at check in. None of this was asked to us and was automatically assumed by Sue that we were okay with. I emailed Sue about the bed situation and she basically put the blame on me when she was the one who knew how the hotel operates. Every hotel/resort I've been to (and I travel A LOT for work & pleasure) are able to accommodate you at check in. If you can imagine 2 people sleeping in 1 double bed for 5 days, it was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. If you are looking to book anywhere, do not use this agency. This was my first time using an agency & I've done a lot better booking directly with the resort or on my own. If you are looking to use this agency for a wedding or any other large group event ... LOOK ELSEWHERE !!!!!

    I did not have a good experience with this agency and I don't recommend it to anyone.I booked a…read moretrip to Iceland which was the agents suggestion knowing that i was unvaccinated and wasn't going to get the vaccine so I was looking for a vacation that wouldn't be a hassle and she reassured me it wouldn't..the trip was booked and paid in full in December and the trip was for the end of January...the agent emails me in January, weeks before my trip and sends me a link for travel restrictions, I click the link and it brought me to the website and it stated Unvaccinated would either have to be quarantined for 5-6 days(which is how long im going for) or wouldn't be able to enter the country at all!!! I thought to myself what???!! Theres no way I just paid for a trip and im either going to be confined to a hotel room or wont be able to go at all..what kind of trip is that???? I expressed my concerns and told her if I cant go I need to be refunded unless you can help fix this and plan another trip, she then says to cancel its $800!!!!!(btw I wasn't canceling i was being forced out of my trip) and if i wanted to avoid that fee she gave me the option to choose a different date but same destination and I would have to have an answer by the end of january and I couldn't be refunded after that...please tell me how im supposed to know when that restriction is going to be lifted to give her an accurate date??? I feel like she set me up for failure , her emails took way to long to respond and she showed no concern at all

My claim involves a cancelled cruise due to a medical emergency of one of the travelers. This is a very straight forward claim, for a covered reason. Trawick has been stringing me along for weeks - always telling me it will be approved tomorrow, in a few days, next week. This is starting to feel like a scam. This was a very expensive policy, and between InsureMyTrip and Trawick International, I don't know where my money is !! I am completely frustrated and questioning the value of travel/medical insurance at all! I thought these insurance companies were vetted by Insuremytrip, but I don't get anything but vague promises from anyone.

We acquired insurance for a trip to Israel that was cancelled for now obvious reasons, but the cancellation was after their 10-day no refund rule, so they decided that offering NO REFUND in response to NO VALUE RECEDVED was just fine according to their "industry-standard" rules. That was strike two after they originally tried to get us to pay more for insurance than was called for by our progress payments on the trip. We refused and they lowered the starting price. Future buyers beware, we'll not use them again... PS: The company response is what we'd expect. We wrote the rules, you agreed to them, Its not our fault that you gave us your money and got nothing when others cancelled your trip and incidentally did give you a full refund. (And that is how the 'InsureMyTrip' service failed for me!)
