It was a freezing cold night and I couldn't wait to get back up and running. They came very quick. The driver was super friendly and considerate. He was able to fix the problem right there on the side of the road, so I didn't need to be towed. The best is that, although the service was not technically completely covered by the auto club, he was like 'Don't worry about the extra ten bucks'. I don't anticipate driving this way again ... so will likely not have the need to use them. But, if you are stuck and need to ... rest assured they are fast, friendly and they know what they are doing. In such vulnerable situations, I've been taken advantage of before and had no recourse. Thankfully, this time couldn't have been better and based on that service, a I'd trust them to do work on my car fairly.

Put them down, then he gunned it, the tires spun spun spun, destroyed my ramps. Driver told me to call the owner and he would make it right. Well the owner blew me off, said he would call the driver and get his side of the story. I told him that there's driver literally told me to call him there. And then I have pictures of the ramps destroyed underneath the tires of the truck you said OK. Ay no problem. He would get right back to me same day. I said because I asked him. Are you gonna get back to me today and he said yep, I'm just gonna call them first. He never did, I called back he blew me off again. I'm going to call him today. They are located about 15 min off the Interstate, so it's not easy to get to if you are just traveling on 95, but if you have time or if you are in the Warwick area, this is not a bad choice.
