Saw this place on Facebook marketplace , contacted via messenger , Avi contacted right back , he was extremely polite , responsive and knowledgeable , he came out the next day to measure and show me samples . I called to place the order in a few days and after having a couple of questions he conferences me in with his distributor to clarify . Broken spring. Tech recommended replacing both springs which I agreed to. Final cost was significantly more than what they quoted (not as bad as a prior review, but similar theme), but I paid just to be done with it. Fast forward 18 months and the door came out of the rails. I called a different company to do the repair. According to new tech, Experts Garage Doors had made the prior repair incorrectly which led to the derailment. Of course, Experts say the new tech is wrong, and Experts is unwilling to do anything to try to fix the situation. read more
