Scheduling the work was handled via text and AJ was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive. When the foreman and crew came out to do the work, they were all just as polite, friendly, and professional. They used a bucket truck to reach the tallest areas on both trees, consulting with us often to ensure they did what we wanted.
