We were looking for someone to clean my FIL's house that was in pretty bad shape - threadbare "carpet", layers of dust and grime, and even black mold in the bathrooms. When we found out that there were hardwood floors underneath the decrepit carpet, he was so excited to take it all out for us! He expected the total job to take 8 hours.....well, 18 hours later, he was finished. He would not stop cleaning until "every surface was touched" (his words). Nick has done a deep cleaning on my house twice and did a stellar job both times. The first time he was able to do our windows and shampoo the carpets in the same day as the deep clean, and everything looked beautiful. When we did the final walkthrough, he noticed a smudge on a mirror that my husband and I couldn't even really see and rushed to make it perfect. He has done a much better job both times than some other cleaners we've encountered, and his pricing is more than fair. My favorite cleaning service went out of business during Coronavirus and i found few others and chose this business.. It is one guy company which meant that it took over 4 hours of cleaning for 2 bed and 2 bath. The price was not a cheap one but if he performed a great job i would be happy to pay for it. He cleaned the stove good and two bathrooms good. He did not complete the microwave leaving the covering dish all dirty, and he ruined my experience cutting board by putting some sort of oil on it and all the wood had soaked up the oil like a sponge and started turning up, it would do the same if too much water was used on it as well but i guess he didn't know that. I'm regards to two bedrooms, one i asked him not to clean bc my child was sleeping there, the other bedroom, he was done with after ONLY VACUUMING THE CARPET! no dusting, no whipping of the office table, computer, Tv etc. He didn't even take out garbage from either bathroom nor from the kitchen!!! and the rest i am posting the pictures of his work... But the worst is when i texted him and told him i wanted a partial refund especially for the bedroom which he didn't clean at all, he turned angry and rude and absolutely unprofessional as i have NEVER SEEN BEFORE! And i have had quite few cleaners in my life time! Me and my husband. He got so nasty with his words, told me i couldn't afford him, told me i am a fake ( i don't know what that had to do with his poor cleaning...) , he also sounded like he was maybe drunk or something else because talking to a client like this is something i have never before experienced, and then he went on telling me how he is changing jobs and he makes $4000/day and all these absolutely non related things to why i texted him asking for a partial refund, and then he started calling me three times non stop!!! Which is pretty much a harassment! So i had to block him. I guess he doesn't take criticism very well, to say the least! But i will be very careful next time who i hire to do cleaning at our place! Very careful! He also left our gas stove on, almost on, i have a picture of it , if it would be turned just few mlm it would start getting gas out and that i have noticed in the evening when i went to cook. read more

I was referred to Nicholas by a friend. I called him on a Saturday morning after having a party that went a little too crazy on Friday and he came within a few hours. He cleaned my carpets and couch and wow! They were like brand new and smelled amazing. Requested a super last min cleaning for our home and thanks to a small miracle, HBCS had a cancellation!! Nicholas was pretty great, came in and did his thing!
