The low level customer service and the way the company bilks customers is astounding. They claim to be giving you a five (5) year price lock. In my case, two months later they change the name of your promotion to Promotion for Life. They say that this means that only the taxes can go up if they do, but not the price for the service in my case, $40.00 with $5.66 in taxes for a total of $45.66. Do not be fooled. All their promotions, regardless of names, can be renamed and repriced at any time. They actively promote Autobilling, which means they take the money directly out of your bank account each month. It is not worth getting a $5 reduction to have these crooks get access to your bank account. Once you provide them with your bank account number, they can help themselves to any amount. Prices with Astound change at the drop of a hat. They do this by claiming that your plan's name was changed. What this means is that they hiked the price. Am actively going to see if I can find a better deal elsewhere. These people are nasty and only interested in bilking customers. These are seasoned scam artists.

Then I got an e-mail about my account being suspended because of a refused charge, which I thought nothing of. Then suddenly my card got a charge from them. I immediately messaged support about how they wrongly charged my card. But this "PJ" from their side kept saying that I did not cancel my subscription which I did. They forced me to open the page again and cancel it AGAIN. Im pretty sure they'll keep charging my card next month so I blocked their payments from my side. Also they refused to give me a refund when they were the ones in the wrong. I messaged the same day I got the charge, because I already cancelled. They still kept insisting that I didn't when it was in my freaking browsers history. This is unacceptable for a company who's service is also shit.
