As a former Wall Street and audio/visual technology director for Fortune 500 and 1000 corporations,…read moreI've dealt with a lot of vendors for over 20 years. I can quickly spot great or poor customer service and professionalism. My work was extremely high profile focused on live event production. Very stressful. The staff is sharp, professional and articulate in their communication. I can honestly say I've found "my premier vendor" to service both my personal and professional needs without any worry.

They told me it would take 5 days to recover my data.. and that they would keep me informed on their progress. As I've had this problem before, this sounded reasonable to me, because it has taken about 5 days in my past experiences. It has now been 30 days. They have not done one thing that they say they are going to do with the exception of a return phone call today. They've told me many times: in fact about 10 times, my data would be ready to be picked up tomorrow or the next day. They also say they'll call with updates. Friday they told me it will be ready Monday, and so I took time off work Tuesday to pick up toward the end of the day. Now they are telling me 3 more days! WHAT?? I have no idea how they got this many 5 star reviews. They have done nothing trustworthy so far in this 30 day experience. At least be honest with people. I know enough about computers and data transfer to know bullsh*t when I hear it. 1 star. Beware.

Sent pictures so I could select what I liked and than decided with him what I needed. The end result was over the top.Everything is just perfect. Over the years I have had systems crash and you name it we had it.all Everything was fixed and the prices can't be beat.I was even having trouble with my I pad and before he left he explained what i needed to do. I feel so fortunate to have found such a wonderful group of young people to help some of us that are so frustrated with the new technology and have the patience to explain everything that we need to know. I can't forget Bernadette who answers the phone and actually knows what I'm talking about when I need help. They are truly the very best L Schultz

The day before the backup drive arrived, of course, my laptop crashed and I got the blue screen of death. I tried Dell but of course Dell is useless. I gave Ben my laptop and prayed he could extract my data--two years' worth of pictures of me and my kids, numerous writing projects and all kinds of personal files. In a few days Ben had extracted literally every file I had. He charged me $299 when other quotes I received ranged from $350 to $1500. He answered every email I sent him promptly. He's a good guy. If you live in Westchester or Fairfield or Putnam you should take your broken hard drive to Ben.
