After which I sat there for one and a half hours. There were other patients who walked in immediately while I sat and waited. I remembered the unwelcoming receptionist had not returned my insurance card. She said she was "just calling the insurance company" (after one and a half hours!). (I always have bad experiences) and no, it's not us, we just stay quiet during all visits. The lady doing my daughters teeth Kenna, she said 'I know you didn't brush because of your wisdom teeth because they hurt, but why aren't you brushing the front?'. Kenna said, when she opened her mouth for a check up, the lady said, 'Oh girl'. It is complete mean girl behavior. Also, When I went myself I'm 47, I take very good care of my teeth, and she said in front of the dentist, 'it looks nice and clean at first, but when you look into detail, there's more that needs to be cleaned'. We come to you for teeth cleaning and help- not to be ridiculed for our teeth. My daughter had braces, so her teeth are straight and nice, but one hygentist told her- your teeth are crooked on the bottom alittle, this is crazy to me, why do you feel the need to comment on teeth? Not to mention they referred me to a oral surgeon not in my network so I ended up paying 2000 for wisdom teeth removal, I already paid the xrays, so I would have just wasted more money to go somewhere else. We are both sensitive and insecure about our teeth, these visits over the past year just made it worse. We will be finding another dentist office. Do better!

The office itself is immaculate. Seriously, it's sparkling clean and feels modern and comfortable, which instantly makes you less nervous about being at the dentist. Dr. Methani is an incredible dentist. He's clearly an expert, but he's also very gentle and takes the time to walk you through exactly what's going on without rushing. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. The whole team is wonderful, but I have to give a special shout-out to the office manager. Dealing with scheduling, billing, and insurance is usually a nightmare, but here, it's completely seamless. She is an amazing communicator....always clear, friendly, and super organized. It makes everything stress-free. If you're looking for a new dentist, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Dr. Methani. You won't regret it!

So they ran an authorization to my insurance for 3 bridges (I specifically said I didn't want the bridges) a crown, the cleaning and the cavity. 2 months later I still have the cavity and it is their fault. Then they lied and said it was taking so long because they are not in network. They are according to my insurance. They never said they were out of network till a month later. 2 months after initial visit they started calling saying I had pending work needed to be done. So I called. The first thing they mentioned was the bridges! But since they now have a new Dentist they have to re-submit the insurance paperwork....I have really good Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance. I really believe they would absolutely do a root canal on somebody that just had a mild cavity. Do not go here.

They seem like they don't like being there themselves. The last dental assistant I had is why I'm submitting this review. His name was Martin and he called me back. As soon as I stood up and walked towards the doorway he doesn't say anything and turns around and walk towards the back. So, I just follow him. He points to the chair that I guess is where I will have my exam. So, I have a seat. He says he needs an xray. So, I just sit there while he gets the xray pictures. Afterwards, he gets the materials needed for teeth cleaning. He wasn't pleasant at all. At this point I'm uncomfortable and ready to leave. He flosses my teeth and brushes. Then, the doctor comes over and he actually was nice. At that point, Martins demeanor towards the doctor was pleasant and they had a conversation. I'm so disappointed in how I was treated. Martin did not make me feel comfortable and put on a facade for the doctor. I will never be back.

Everything I tried the doors are locked even though their hours of operation say that should be open. They have a sign that says walk ins welcome, but how can I walk in if the doors are locked. Maybe they are only available early in the morning for 1-2 hours. But their hours of operation should reflect that. Multiple times I have tried calling to make a reservation, but just to end up at voice mail. I would like to leave 2 starts but from the experience that I had with them prior to covid was pretty sub-standard. The dentist was pleasant, however the receptionist at the time was unprofessional.
