After which I sat there for one and a half hours. There were other patients who walked in immediately while I sat and waited. I remembered the unwelcoming receptionist had not returned my insurance card. She said she was "just calling the insurance company" (after one and a half hours!). She handed me the card and I walked out. Will NEVER go back there again.

I felt her reaction was dismissive and unprofessional after I refused additional x-rays. 4 had already been taken of this one tooth by them. Did not reflex the standard of care expected in a Dental office patients deserve. The experience made me feel belittled rather than cared for. Went someplace else. I would rather lose the money this visit cost me and not experience this type of treatment again. I was there for just a crown- no more.

My daughter is also miserable with wires sticking out. They changed the treatment plan for both my kids the day of the appointment as well as the child before us. The office was slammed and they were pushing kids in and out as fast as possible. They literally handed my son 2 pieces of oral wax with their hands, no case, nothing - dirty wax that was handled by multiple people, to put in his mouth. My son has a loose bracket 2 hours after getting braces put on when he hasn't even eaten anything. I am so angry we chose them for braces. Avoid at all costs. Update: We went to a board certified orthodontist for a second opinion after this disaster. In my daughter's mouth, they didn't put the wire through a bracket, they tucked it underneath a bracket which was pushing up on her tooth - part of her tremendous pain. In my son's mouth, not only did they not put a bracket on the back tooth, they left a wire half an inch long sticking into his cheek. They did not seal the brackets so he lost 3 brackets by 4 days later. They were sliding on the wire. I have never seen a more negligent dentist in my life. The office manager Alicia has lied about speaking with us and the amount of money we paid for this negligence. She refuses to refund anything even though we had to start over from scratch at another dentist. This is malpractice and negligence on the part of the dentist and Alicia who is supposed to be the office manager.

Because I'm uncomfortable with the cleanliness factor in their waiting room and in the office complex in which they're located. First the office building. The doors and windows were very dirty. The hallway walls are badly stained, and the ceiling tiles showed significant evidence of a leaking roof. In the dental office's waiting room itself, the furnishings can only be described as "thrift shop." Very unprofessional. There are two area rugs on the floor, both very badly worn and very dirty. Today the tile floor looked as if it hadn't been swept in several days. And the windows were hazy with dirt. They looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in months. We arrived about 10 minutes before our 9 a.m. appt. and, while staff was visible (and audible) in the office, we were not allowed into the waiting room until exactly 9 a.m. (our appt. time!). It was another 15-20 minutes before we were called for our appt. Lastly, one member of their admin staff was dressed very inappropriately for a dental office, wearing dirty "barn" boots, jeans, and an old t-shirt. Overall the office presented a very unprofessional and disappointing appearance. And such an appearance does not instill confidence relative to how well and how often the clinic's actual working areas are maintained.

Everything I tried the doors are locked even though their hours of operation say that should be open. They have a sign that says walk ins welcome, but how can I walk in if the doors are locked. Maybe they are only available early in the morning for 1-2 hours. But their hours of operation should reflect that. Multiple times I have tried calling to make a reservation, but just to end up at voice mail. I would like to leave 2 starts but from the experience that I had with them prior to covid was pretty sub-standard. The dentist was pleasant, however the receptionist at the time was unprofessional. I will leave it at that for now. But I will highly recommend to find a different dentist from this location.
