I've been going with Zareen for over a year now and she always does me right! Always a great experience

I have been coming here for 3 + years and I have always have excellent service however more recently I come on the days my usual person Zee is not here and I end up with one of the other ladies.. I have no complains however one lady not sure her name she was very fast and when I mean fast it was aggressive and left me with hurting/ sore brown than the usual. Not to mention left one brow thinner than the other.. I know that brow threading comes with soreness/ redness after but this time felt different and sore to the touch.. so just find your new person out of the ladies that work here because it will not always be consistent. read more

Will definitely be coming back. It's been a while since I've had my brows threaded or waxed professionally so I've been due for the service. I walked in on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get me in a chair immediately. Hema was so sweet and helpful. Her service was great- loved how she left my brows. She left me her card that is a punch card type where after the 5th or 10th service you get a discount which is awesome. Not sure about other ladies since I haven't interacted with them but definitely recommend Hema!! It's a small place but good parking and they take both cash and card. read more

Just got my eyebrows threaded today & I LOVE them! This was my first time at this particular location. I was going to the Aaina location off Jones Rd for two years but recently moved to this area and needed to find a new threading spot. I was hoping and praying for the same service that I always received off Jones Rd, and I got just that (yay!). I don't let just anyone touch my eyebrows so I was hesitant at first, but I got exactly what I ask for & every time I come to Aaina (just clean them up and keep a little bit of the arch). They don't use a sign in sheet (Jones Rd location did), but I came today on Wednesday 3/23 around 5pm and it was only one other person so no confusion there. It was also only one staff worker. Not sure of how busy it gets here on weekends or how their staffing is since this was my first time - but I had great service. They take card & cash, however, if you pay with a card - it's $10 versus $8. So happy I found new spot, otherwise I was going to drive 35 minutes to the Jones road location! Did a little digging online for a new eyebrow place. Went to "Aania Threading" signed in, waited for about 15 minutes. The pace was not busy but there were a few people waiting - but no biggie. Went yo the second employee by the name of "Zee." I told her I wanted the natural look and sharp- not like painted on brows just professional not like I did them in the dark after watching "YouTube University." I just moved to houston and was looking for a place to get my eyebrows done. If i'm being honest - I also looked down there and was just not wanting to shave, so i called to see how much a Brazilian wax was. Surprisingly it was only $45 which I think is a great price for how inflation prices are now a days. I also never had my eyebrows threaded but I will never go back to waxing. It's more precise and it doesn't leave you with irritated skin. PLUS it was only $8 like WHAT, so good. The brazilian wax for the first time hurt like a B, but will I get again, YES. The way it looks and feels (total upgrade) just amazing I won't go back to shaving. I didn't ask for Zee although I saw all these great reviews about her, but ended up getting her in the end. Clearly you are in your feelings about this post and it got under your skin, that's probably due to the fact people rarely complain when establishments aren't as clean as they should be. However, asking someone to change their gloves that they've used on multiple people shouldn't have led to this back and forth on Yelp. Have you ever heard the phrase "Only hit dogs holler"? So the fact that you're making comments like "I hope you're as clean as you put on" or whatever it was you said, that only shows you know you guys are dirty. But no worries, although you don't give a crap about sanitizing between customers, which means you don't give a crap about the safety of your customers, your shop is pretty and you all do a great job. So again, if someone doesn't care we are still in a pandemic and doesn't mind someone touching money and other customers, then touching their face...They'll love this place! Instead of thinking of snappy comebacks at 2am, you should've been on Amazon looking for gloves so your customers don't catch a staph infection from your lack of cleanliness. read more

ive been coming here for 6+ years and I always loved this place the vibe was amazing the customer service was always very nice but the last 3 times I've gone including today 8/20/2024 the service has gone completely down the drain. I went to get my eyebrows done I wasn't greeted the woman was rude and mumbling then the older lady with glasses that did my eyebrows kept slapping my hand. ive never experienced this kind of service here before I'm very disappointed. read more

5 people were in front of me and 6 people came in while I was waiting. With all of those people I was in and out within 40 minutes. I got there at 2 and left at 2:37. It was a Sunday and they only had 1 employee working. She was wiping the chairs down in between people getting up and sitting down and she was rotating through which chair she had people sitting in. She was also checking people out. So she was doing ALOT and still moving fast. It's $8 for eyebrow threading but $2 more to use a card. I moved to Texas late 2019 from New York and I couldn't find a great salon or would even trust anyone with my eyebrows. Thankfully there is a threading location on this side of Louetta that you can get in and out of easily! The owner is so gracious and charming! I really noticed a difference in the technique and even the thread that she used. Maybe I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for a very long time. Or maybe I am just a very observant person. She is very gentle and if you have any questions she happily answers you throughout the process. Her shop is clean and you can tell you takes pride in her work, which would be your brows, and of course her shop. I appreciate her not rushing through mine (I was first but I stayed for three others because I got tinting) or rushing through any other clients brows. I've been in shops where it was pop, pop pop.
