I have visited this place for the second time the first time they did good but this second time I was really dissatisfied. My eyebrows are not even at all....she kept answering the phone every time it rang while she was working on my eyebrows. I think if she would've focused more on doing the job right rather than fast this would not have happened. Will no longer be visiting. I posted a picture below. I've been coming here for years and I love this place they do a great job with eyebrows. However their system of basically having you know who is next for eyebrow service is simply not feasible with the amount of people waiting. It's really hard to keep track of who is next even though they make u sign in for basically no reason bc they're also not keeping track. I sat there for 45 min while people that I thought had gotten there after me got service before me. I left and decided to come back later. When I spoke to the manager she stated I could come back later but there wasn't anything she could do. When I came back I still had to wait 30 min again. They need a better system for sure. read more

Tried this place out for the first time since I'm new to the area. Really clean threading salon and the woman who threaded my eyebrows was very quick and efficient. I didn't know that they have a $10 minimum to use a credit card, so I had to buy one of their bracelets at the front to meet the $10 minimum. I think it's a decent threading place, but since I don't carry that much cash I probably will find somewhere that allows me to use my card hassle free from here on out. read more

I've been there several times but today was by far the most frustrating. There's only one person running the shop and she has no clue who's coming in or what order. After waiting 30 minutes for my turn to come up, another client jumped up when she called for the next person. I stopped him and told him he wasn't next and he insisted he was but the attendant wasn't anywhere in sight. A complete and total waste of time and added frustration of dealing with a jerk which could have been totally avoided if they had some kind of sign in sheet or check in process for clients as they enter. Beautiful work and lovely customer service. They show love and actually care about you. Some places just thread and send you on your way leaving you to pick off the tiny hairs left on your face in your car mirror. First time coming and I enjoyed the Aaina experience. I got my whole face threaded (first time) and while doing so my eyebrows were also blessed by the threader (because Lord knows it's been years since I got them done)... overall I was pleased with how nice and attentive the threader was. I'm going out of town tomorrow and I decided to stop by to get my eyebrows done like I do at this place almost every two weeks. The lady literally plucked my left eyebrow in half! I asked for pointy ends, as I always do. When she was done it was a noticeable difference of a butchering. I darn near passed out thinking about how much time it will take to grow this back. (See attached). My left eyebrow is the stubborn eyebrow and it's taken me YEARS to get it to where I had it! When I pointed this out to her, she stated that I asked for an arched brow. I told her "No I did not...I asked for POINTY ends". She said "that's what an arched brow is". I told her "absolutely not...you have done my brows before and I ask for the same thing every time." She claimed it was bc my eyebrow grew out and she had to arch them. I said "I DID NOT ASK YOU TO ARCH THEM...I asked for pointy ends...that has nothing to do with arching". She then preceded to tell me to use powder to cover it up (I hardly wear make up, not about to do eyebrow art every day). Then charged me for the whole service. Wow. read more

I needed my eyebrows threaded badly. The place I usually go to is a little bit further, and the Yelp reviews enticed me to come try this place. I arrived before 10 am on Saturday when they open. First customer of the day! Score! The interior is beautiful. I love chandeliers. Hema welcomed me when I first walked in. I've been to a couple threading places over the years, and I must say, she's the most gentle and takes her time. This place is $1 more than my usual, but it's nice to have somewhere to go that's a little closer to home that also is reliable and friendly. The bonus is you get a stamped card, and after 4 visits, you get a discount on eyebrow, wax, or facial service. P.S. If you want Hema, she said she's usually there in the mornings. read more

I went to this location for the first time on 5/28 it was busy with about 4 women waiting ahead of me and only two workers in came about 4 more women right after me this was 2 hours before close when I asked for certain parts of my face to be threaded she went for my eyebrows I declined and she asked how much it would be without my eyebrows which would've been less work * she said 55 but 25 if I let her touch my eyebrows and I told her don't make them to thin she reassured she would not. They aren't bad but they looked better left alone *She spent a long amount of time on the left side of my face and when I was done she put some lotion on my face it didn't burn which was nice but my face was on fire when I got home and tried to wash it with anything which sucked I won't go back but the inside of the place is cute read more

Finally!! Somewhere close to home! I was so glad when I found out about this place I was so tired of either Driving to the malls or somewhere further out. When I walked in it was super cute and not too busy only one person ahead of me and one getting brows done. I went in for a skin polish, only one lady was working. She put the ingredients on my face and started to help other clients. By the time she got back, and took off the bleach it had left marks on my skin. She left the pack on the face for too long. I would never go back. It has ruined my face, and it hurts and it's dry.
