Krishna did a lovely job shaping my eyebrows with much less discomfort and zero stray hairs needing to be removed afterwards. Its also very convenient that she keeps regular hours, with no need to arrange ahead of time. Threading is so much better than the alternatives and I highly recommend giving Krishna a try. She also does any facial hair, but me, I'm still in denial about the upper lip. ;) read more

As I am writing this, it really saddens me because I really wanted to find a good eye brow threading place that was close to wear I live. Now, I have given her 2 tries already. I came back the second time to see if she could redeem herself. Sadly no, my main problem is of course, the threading and shaping itself. I literally have 2 different eye brow shapes thanks to her, one really really thin and the other one just kinda bushy. I got this confirmed when I visited another eyebrow threading place in Sacramento this past weekend, where I had 3, let me say 3 different girls look at my eyebrows and exclaim to each other, each of them trying to give the threader suggestions on HOW to fix it. She explained to me of course, one is shaped this way and the other was shaped that way. It was really embarrassing because it was like they put my mishapen eyebrows on blast, and everyone was looking because of the commotion...and they kept on asking me where I got them done and where I lived and of course I can't go back to Sac every 2 weeks but I am definatley not coming back here. And no offense to the threader here or threading in general but after a year of basically going to different places, I am going back to waxing. For me, threading is excruciating no matter where I have gone, waxing is faster and not as painful. read more

The terrible customer service and totally insensitive threading service was the least of my worries. They completely trashed my brows. One was very nice but the other was thicker and shorter. I only get my eyebrows threaded and I've tried several places in San Jose, Santa Clara and Salinas - but she's very, very good! Price is good too - $9! And I've got a little card where after 10 (I think) visits, I get the 11th free. That works for me! SAM is not only gentle, she is customer oriented and produces a threading result that is consistent and desirable.
