Julian and Eddie are so welcoming and sweet! Eddie helped with giving me a regular pedicure. He made sure that my toenails weren't cut too short since I wanted it shorter. He took great care in ensuring that the water's temperature was just right and if he needed to adjust. My pedicure included a heel and leg sugar scrub. Each of the chairs had plexiglass which separates you from them but nonetheless, I wasn't concerned. The overall experience was so relaxing and Julian had all the colors under the sun to choose from. Julian is an amazing manicurist. She and Eddie do a great job. Usually Eddie does my pedicures and if Julian isn't too booked she will do my nails. I came in recently with a terrible last minute manicure I booked at another salon due to schedule restraints and she made my nails look even better than I could imagine. I gave it a shoot as a last resource (again) my nails were very thick, you could see the root of my nail. I came back in a different date for her to fix my nail that she did 4 days a go. It got chipped and.... Her husband put my finger on nail polish removal for at least 45 minutes. She took another client one for acrylic nails and one for eyebrow wax while I was waiting. Her attitude while working on my nails was rude. I want to think that she was upset to the fact I came back for her to fix my nail. Anyhow I would like to advocate for those who are too shy to call her out when she is not doing a good job. We pay money to look pretty and we must get what we pay for. She fixed her mistake with an attitude but she did. They actually look great after two hour wait! read more

What a nice business owned by a wonderful couple with great customer service. I was in the area because I was at the laundry mat and decided I needed to get a pedicure. This place was opened early and had great reviews so I decided to give this place a try. I'm kind of picky when it comes to nail salons but the reviews were good. Julian was there and she was so nice and the price for a pedi was only $20 with tax. You honestly can't beat that price. Her husband was the one that filled my water up until she was free. Then he gave the controller for the massage chair to me and I was in heaven. She pretty much schooled me on why I shouldn't be cutting my nails on the side and always to dry my feet very well. I don't get my nails done often at all, so I was nervous to go some place. Because I get intimidated going to ask for services. I was driving around and saw this place. Went in. Whenever she has new ideas or new products she'll try them out on me and never has she let me down. Or left my nails a mess. Ever since my friend recommended this place to me, it's been my go-to! It's a shop run by a husband and wife, without any other workers. Their daughter helps out sometimes but besides that, it's just the two of them, so be prepared to wait! Believe me, it's well worth it. They are all also friendly and personable, and it's a very comfortable environment. Gel manicures are only $18 and they have a wide selection of polishes. My nails have always turned out perfect and Julian is very efficient. She doesn't sacrifice quality for quantity, and she works quickly without being sloppy. I always do things last minute, I never have to wait more than 15 minutes "walk in" . They are amazing, my toes are always on point!

If I could give zero stars I would. Julian ruined my cuticle while being mad at me for not liking her job. My fingers are actually bleeding and in shreds. Spent 2.5 hours there - and my nails are ruined (Still had to pay for it) Here's what happened - you be the judge. My coworker brings me in to get my toes and nails done with cat eye black. (I came in with my finger cuticles in perfect condition except for left thumb, see pics for what happened next) Julian herself does my toes and everything is fantastic. We crack jokes and I feel like we've made friends and really clicked, great lady, right? Wrong. We then proceed to doing my nails. She's constantly distracted by calling her relatives on the phone and talking to other workers and customers and as a result my left hand looks significantly worse than my right, a couple nails have ugly bumps (gel). When I point it out with a sad but not irritated demeanor she becomes visibly frustrated and upset. She starts grabbing my hands, almost yelling at me, trying to convince me it is okay. My friend is there to quietly and politely back me up. I say that I'd rather just have it removed because I really don't like it. Julian says okay but I hope you understand you'd still have to pay for it. Which is ok because by no I'm very sad and just want to get out of this place no matter how costly and unfair the situation has become. Without saying a word we start the removing process. I'm on the verge of tears but try my best to just stay quiet and keep my composure (I take pride in never being rude to customer service people as I work in it myself). She then goes at my nails very rough, it hurts but I don't say a word, I just want to be out of here. Then I see blood.. I'll attach the picture, I have literally never had this done to me by anyone, not even myself and I'm not really good at doing my own nails. Long story short I started crying, Julian stormed off and had another person finish my nails. They charged me $28 - pedicure plus a discount for the cuticle. My coworker later told me everyone has a bad experience with Julian but the other masters seem to do a good job. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ read more

Got a gel manicure done, they have a GREAT selection of color. They file down the nail to even it out, and cut the cuticles. I also love that they used OPI. Not sure if all the colors are OPI. This is a new salon that opened not long ago, I was very skeptical at first especially since Marina has a nail salon at every corner and on this particular day I was on the hunt for a walk in. Most of the other salons were busy and this place was free. I was a bit skeptical but willing to give it a try. The inside is very nice and clean. I'm sure they prefer if you make an appt since its family run and it's only 2 people on staff. Affordable. It's a two wo/man show of husband and wife. So the wait time can be longer than other salons. I had the works done, gel manicure, gel pedicure and wax everything including tip was very very affordable compared to other places around town. Eddie did my manicure which was French tipped and pedicure it took almost two hours then Julian did my wax which was pretty quick. There were others that were waiting for about 30min to an hour. It's been about two weeks and my gel is still intact and hasn't been chipped yet. So either make an appointment or willing to wait to get a good price. They accept cash and card. read more
