I know that they have breaks because they leave for an hour which everybody should but you need to get back to your patients. I've now called their office three days in a row and nobody is answering the phone even though their call center scheduler is calling them. I would at least like to get on the schedule, so I'm not waiting months to get my toe surgery since my toe has been broken for three months and I'm in pain. Everybody has a busy schedule and I'm taking the time right now to write this review so that other people can know what to expect. This is an update to my first review. I've been a patient of Dr Norris's practice for three months now and finally, I'm getting surgery to remove a bone. At the time of my visit a week and a half ago they told me that they only schedule surgeries on Thursday. Thursday came last week and no phone call. I call on Friday and the call center sent them an urgent message that they didn't get back to me and no phone call today. I call the office in Coconut Creek and they couldn't give me an answer, except that surgeries are only scheduled on Thursday. I really wish I would have just waited the time to get into the Fort Lauderdale office because now who knows when my surgery will actually get scheduled and I'm in pain. In a walking shoes so long that it is almost worn out. I would have given you a lower score except the people in the office are very nice. However, my patience has run thin and I'm looking into another doctor even if I have to go out of the area. I hope whoever congratulated me on the five star review would get in touch with me and expedite at least getting the surgery scheduled.
