Sherpa's wings nights are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4pm onward, for $0.49 per wing with $5 draft beers. Not as cheap as some other wings nights in the city but the fact that 10 wings will only set you 5 bucks back is incredible. We got there around 6:30pm, and it was pretty quiet. But the guy running the place is so personable. He recommended I have the Hefe they have on tap--best hefe I've ever had. The wings were also top notch, juicy and perfectly fried, not a hint of overcooked dryness in sight. Our favorite flavors were the dynamite and applewood dry rub. The mango habanero was pretty unique as well. The only reason I'm docking a star is because our main server seemed pretty confused the whole time, usually not being able to answer our questions, and the fact that they don't have any sugar free pop products (Diet Coke or Coke Zero). Other than that, it was a top-3 Calgary wing night deal and experience, and I'll definitely be back.
