This was an excellent place to try out Nepalese food. Its in an industrial part of town near the airport but remains busy with all local clientele. We were the only diners who were new to this type of food. We took the advise of the owner and tried the Mixed platter of Momo, (chicken, pork and Vegetarian). They were all great and the sauce was a perfect accompaniment. The chicken chow mien was very flavorful with moist well seasoned chicken and mildly spice was fine for us. Including a cup of Nepalese tea the whole meal was $40. We would gladly go back anytime. read more

This was my first time trying Momos! The sauce almost tastes like a curry cream sauce, with a little spice. The momo themselves have a thick chewy skin with a pork chive filling. Kind of reminds me of a dumpling. We did take out and they were hot and fresh. Would order again! read more

So after passing by this place a few times on my way to and fro from NE Costco, finally turned in today at 12 Noon. I might be doubling up on my review, but needed to add the picture of the amazing momos. I went in and asked the very friendly man behind the counter what he recommended and he said to try the assortment. 5 Chicken, 5 Pork, 5 Veggie. They were so delicious I stuffed 4 in my face before I took the picture below. There was one with just a hint of curry, another with the right amount of spice/bite. And the veggie was was very done, moist and pretty delicious. 15 for $15. I will definitely be back to try other menu items as well as try these momos deep fried. Lots of space to dine in, lots of parking. Service was friendly. Go and try these excellent momos. read more

Food and service excellent, great prices too. The Momos were very good but the chow mein knocked it out of the park. Some of the most flavorful noodles I've had. We got the pork chow mein and it had crispy pork belly, veggies, and noodles seasoned with aromatic spices. Best food we had on our whole trip to Calgary and Banff. read more

We stayed near Pathways Burgers & Momos during our visit to Calgary and were glad we got a chance to try out their food. We ordered take out a couple of times when we needed a quick meal. The restaurant owners are so friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed their food very much. We tried their fried Momos and Thukpa, burgers and salad. They Momos were delicious with a dipping sauce, the Thukpa had a tasty broth with a great combination of spices and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The food here from the salads to burgers to noodles are fresh and satisfying. Would definitely come here again when we're in town. read more

Finally, i found the place to satiate my all time craving for momos and I have become a huge fan of their nepali momos. Being a traditional delicacy of nepal, they made the momos so authentically that every time you have the momos, you can't get enough of them. I have tried both chicken and veggie momos and both are best at their level. In case you don't want to team up momos with momo sauce which is spicy, try for chipotle sauce. What a fantastic place - we were excited to try the famous momos, so tried the chili momos, plus a mix momo platter with a few of everything, half steamed, half fried. We also got a little adventurous and tried the vatmass sadeko. Wow. The flavors that came out of those plates were so strong, sour, spicy, and flavorful. Our server was super friendly and proudly told us about the fresh vegetables and herbs they use to make these dishes every day. They deserve to be proud - this is not bland chain restaurant cooking - this is food made with real care. The portions were very generous for the price, we left stuffed and happy. My only recommendation for someone else is to order at least one more bland dish - rice or something, just to be able to cut all the strong flavor. Oh, and if possible bring a party of 4-6, and get a load of plates to try and share. read more

I've had this place on my to try list for so long! I'm surprised there aren't more reviews on Yelp for it as there are a lot on Google. Very safe for Covid as you have to use hand sanitizer before entering, there is more than enough adequate spacing and there are signs around to tell you what to do and where lol. Pathway is Nepali food and I particularly wanted to try the momos dumplings. Got the mixed momos which includes 5 of each of the chicken, pork and veggie and had half fried and half steamed. Enjoyed both versions but maybe liked the steamed a little more. The momo sauce was a unique good with a yummy creamy texture, tomato base with spices. Chicken chow mein was good but nothing super special. The cheese burger was quite cheese saucy and was pretty good. Its a solid place and recommend momos for sure! Value wise this place is awesome - cheap eats and get good portions of foods! It's tucked in a random location on a little strip mall with other offices. They have an eclectic menu that has something for everyone, would like to try different things next time like the Chili Momos, Fried Rice and more authentic Nepali dishes. read more

I highly recommend 'Jhol' Momos (dumplings) here. The flavor of 'jhol' is as good as the one we get in our country Nepal, or possibly better. I try not to order more than I need to but I crave for more once I start with momos. It is really delicious and you have to try it to experience it. mo·mo /mōmō Noun (in Tibetan cooking) a steamed dumpling filled with meat or vegetables. If you don't know now you know. If you happen to drive in this area and notice this somewhat hidden and inconspicuous restaurant front, your first thought might be, "Burgers and momos? What the heck are momos and what do they have to do with burgers?" Well, besides sharing a fleeting similarity in it's ingredient of ground meat, almost nothing. So why are they both offered and presented as the name of the restaurant? Probably in an effort to substantiate the lesser known Tibetan cuisine with something ostentatiously Western. Now, aside from the peculiar name, the mo-mos here are serious business. Served with a side of what I only know as momo sauce, these succulent little steam cooked suckers come in 3 varieties of filling including chicken, pork and vegetarian. Slightly doughier than Japanese gyoza's (but not overly so), they each contain a good amount of filling. I personally liked the vegetarian ones the best but my lunch buddies preferred the pork which had a delicious soupy filling and others the chicken (try them all!). Now, I wouldn't say they're the best momo's I've had, but they certainly rank up there. If I had to go back for one thing here though, it's their Everest noodles (they're SO good!). It's not advertised on the menu, but you can ask for them and they'll know what you're talking about. It's a little oily, but pack a serious punch of flavor and packed full of chicken and veggies. Between the five of us, we had 4 plates of momos and 2 plates of noodles which was WAY more than enough. We could barely stand after this meal and struggled to finish the last 10 momos. Price wise, each plate ranged between $8.99 - $9.99 and included one canned drink which I thought was more than fair. 5 stars for good food, good pricing and a passionate business owner who made sure we enjoyed everything. It's not fancy, but for a quick lunch or dinner, it works. I would definitely come back! read more
