After talking to Jackson an appointment date was later scheduled by text (no time was given and without contacting me first). when I called the company I was told they would be there early, 8:30 or 9:00 am. at 11 I called, got no answer so I left a message. they arrive shortly after. He said it was an easy fix should be done within an hour. 20 minutes later I went out to see how he was doing and he was gone! Although I was told they would review the project with me before they left but they didn't. The fence was straightened and firmed up but I'm not sure what actually was done. I guess I'll have to for the next hurricane. Better communication is expected no matter the size of the job.

Fast forward to now and we just had hurricane Ian blow through here. We didn't think our fence would make it through that but IT DID. Our neighbors fence was not so fortunate. If you need a fence this is your guy! I promise you it's worth it. Thank you Bobby and crew for all you did! EDIT: we needed our gate fixed because it pulled down and they have been no where to be found so they warranty it but no response when fixes need to be made. Our dogs keep getting out as a result. The owner of the North River Fence company came out and gave me an estimate to repair my chain link fence from damage due to a hurricane in 2024 on 2/17/2025. During the site visit he was here 5 minutes went to his truck and left without speaking to me at all. Upon receiving his estimate, we agree to a contracted amount of $1106.21 on 2/28/2025. A deposit amount of $553.12 was given on 3/5/2025. On 3/26/2025 I received an email stating I would be required to remove bushes/plants etc. prior to the repairs being done. Previous estimates from fence companies already included this within their estimates OR told me what would need to be removed. I just assumed the same with the estimate from North River. During the mini home visit or written estimate, nowhere was it stated about being required to remove foliage. Since I am not able to physically do this yard work. I would have to pay someone in addition to the fence repair cost which is why full disclosure should have been made to me PRIOR to sending a deposit. If I had known this the cost of his fence repair would have higher than others I received. So, we had to cancel the 1st repair date and removed plants. We rescheduled a couple weeks later on Saturday, 4/26/2025 for the repairs. His office called 4/24/2025 and wanted to change it to Friday. I told her NO since the neighbors who share the fence behind me and myself would not be home. Never received a call back from the office to confirm, so I believed we were still on schedule for Saturday 4/26/2025. His company was a NO CALL/NO SHOW on Saturday. We sent numerous texts and calls as to where they were. As of today 4/29/2025, I still have not heard from the company. I sent an email to cancel services 4/26/2025 at 4:30pm. As of this writing I have still not heard from the company owner and the office person who I did most of the talking too. I am working with my bank to file fraud charges against the company for breach of contract for failing to provide the services paid for or provide a reason as to why they did not show up.
