So I called in and said I was from welland. I asked for my part very clearly and made sure that they understood. Eg.) car model and make and year, as well as trim. After him prominently reassuring me that they had some in stock for sure, I then told him that I'd be coming in for sure and I'd be about a half an hour. He said ok and that was it. When I got there; the driveway didn't even look like it had any room for customer parking. But I managed. So I get to the desk and tell the guy who I was and what I was there for. He immediately confirmed my inquiry and told me that he just had to go to the back and get it. Well, after about 20-30 minutes of diligently waiting, leaning on the desk; the guy that he sent out to get it comes back in and goes "can't find it. There are none of those cars in the yard" then the desk guy says he's gonna look in his computer again and tells him to search a specific trailer for the car, now I'm kinda pissed. After 10 or so minutes, he comes back in and tells me "nope. Nothing". At this point, I'm done and I tell them they really need to get their shit together and walk out, get in my car and drive off. That's why I'm giving them a one star. They're barely a public business and I don't recommend wasting your time going here.
