This week he purchased another Toyota vehicle from them and what a pleasure it was dealing with Bill Jr. None of the usual (other) dealership runaround, as in "let me check that with my manager" and running back and forth every few minutes. We got straightforward answers for every question. We also received an excellent price on the new vehicle and a very fair trade-in value for our other vehicle. Something else that really impressed me was that Bill treated me in exactly the same way he dealt with my husband. Other dealerships we've dealt with in the past have an almost "humor the little woman" approach to women. Not so at Bill's Toyota. Any woman would be totally at ease purchasing a vehicle here. This is a first class dealership and the staff give excellent service and deserve 5 stars all the way.

These gents are honest, no-pressure, and ethical. My friends were in a pinch for a quality used car after their Buick's frame cracked on a drive up from Myrtle Beach. They bought a gorgeous Lexus hybrid from Andre, owner of Buffalo Motor Works, and couldn't be happier. (A few of us are actually a little jealous of it!) They were so excited about it, they showed it off to all their extended family! Andre was exceedingly patient with our questions and throughout the whole process. (He also is quite knowledgeable about Buffalo history, he may have another calling as a tour guide!) After our positive experience with Andre, we took our other cars - a BMW & Prius, to Dan. I am not exaggerating when I say Dan saved us hundreds, and probably more, on the repairs. I know this bc I had a quote from another trusted mechanic, and Dan fixed the problem for $260 rather than $1,000+. He also did a fantastic job on the BMW repair (he's a certified BMW master technician I believe), at a fraction of the price it would cost elsewhere. And I'm not talking about a dealer's estimate - he beat the other garages. By a lot. Dan also caught a few non-working lights that the cops in my area love to stop you for, so I'm grateful for that as well. I also need to point out that, as a WOMAN, these guys were equally respectful to me as to a man. Unfortunately we are still in a time when some car dealers and mechanics overcharge women, etc., but not these guys. They also run a more peaceful place than other spaces. You'll see. I went home, measured them myself at 6mm (double what they claimed), but elected to replace all pads and rotors myself anyway.I returned recently for a routine oil change and NYS Inspection. They intentionally failed my inspection under a generic "Service Brake System" code, verbally claiming my pads were down to 4mm and demand $996 (a 25% increase from their last quote) to fix it. I pulled the wheels at home and measured the pads myself--they are at 8mm.They are actively falsifying safety component measurements to trap customers on a 15-day rejection clock and force thousand-dollar repairs. I have already passed inspection at an honest, independent shop and have submitted a formal fraud complaint and timeline to the NYS DMV Consumer Services Unit. Do not trust them. Thanks for the response. One rotor has some surface rust, which is subjective and open to opinion. What is not subjective are the actual brake measurements. Your report stated that my front pads had 70% wear and the rear pads had 50% wear, and you "cautioned" them. Those measurements were inaccurate and misleading. I already replaced the brakes once based on your previous false measurements, and after inspecting them myself, the reported wear percentages do not reflect the actual condition of the brakes. I would also like to emphasize the 33% price increase for a front rotor pad replacement because you had the leverage of pulling my sticker. So maybe a participation trophy should be awarded for partially telling the truth
