The secretary (cant remember her name but started with an S) could tell I was anxious as I was not from the area and concerned I would not be able to get assistance. She answered all my questions and was extremely professional and showed she really cared for her customers. When we arrived at the shop, Bill immediately went out to my car diagnosed my 3 loose lug nuts and tire misalignment from a previous snow tire exchange. He made sure to drive the vehicle around the block to make sure it was safe to drive. Did not charge us anything for the time and maintenance provided. I can not thank these 2 enough for providing quick and free care to my car, and helped calm my anxiety so that I did not feel anxious driving away as I could have easily lost a tire while driving on the freeway.

We (2 senior women) took our vehicle in for an oil change before a long trip (through Toronto on…read morethe 401). We were told that we needed rear brakes because the calipers were seized on the pads. First estimate $1275 (OEM parts)...before authorizing the repair we asked for an estimate on lower priced pads and rotors...and we checked elsewhere for a price comparison. When we suggested we had a much reduced quote and wondered why it took so long to get an answer for parts price from this shop, we were told the job was in process and brakes all apart now. Got a call saying - good news calipers not seized they can be reused and now job would be $450. Suggested we would take to the other shop, and we were told "if they could put back brakes" it would cost an hours wage and he wasn't sure it could be done safely. When we came to take the car elsewhere half an hour later it was on the lot. We were charged one hour $100 plus a $20 brake check fee, a fee for windshield fld top up (which didn't happen), and old rusty bolts were installed as a final farewell. It is too bad, there was such poor communication from this shop and nasty additional fees. The "oil change" that cost $208 was hardly little compensation to this auto repair shop for a loss of 2 persons business. Talk about bite your nose to spite your face!

If you're looking to purchase parts from here for your car DONT…read more. I purchased a tail light for a replacement as the one on the car was cracked. I found one online on their site and it stated the light was in perfect condition nothing wrong with it. I called up the location and asked them over the phone if it was in fact in working and perfect condition and the lady on the phone confirmed it is and had no damage or anything. I paid over the phone for the item and paid for shipping (Nov 9th). It took almost a week to receive the item, once it arrived I opened the box and to my surprise the light was damaged. The seal on the light was broken and there was a lot of water and condensation in the light. (I literally poured the water out of it). This is not a "no damage" product. I emailed and called the location 3 times over several days before finally getting ahold of someone. I advised of the issue and asked if there was a replacement that could be sent. I was told someone would text me with more details. Once I received the text and shared the photos of the damaged product we went through the hoops of shipping the item back. It took about 4 days to get a return label from them & then couple of days to get everything packaged weighed and labeled on my end and then the item was shipped back November 28th. After another couple days I followed up as I saw from tracking they had received the item. I was told that they did received it and it was being processed through "quality control". Interesting that there is a quality control for returned items but not the products being shipped out.. but moving on, I messaged again on Dec 8th asking what would be happening next as I still haven't heard back and was told on December 9th that a replacement would be sent that day, followed by another text saying I would receive it Monday Dec 12th, surprise .. I didn't receive anything. I followed up yet again on December 17th asking where the item is because at this point it's been over a month of back and forth to receive a part that I paid for. I advised if they can't get the part delivered to me within the week at this point I just want a refund. As to your surprise at this point I got no response to my text at all. I followed up again on December 21st with a message asking if I will be receiving the part, to which I received a 3 word text "issued a refund". Please do not do business here at all unless you want a headache for over a month or broken unusable parts. The customer service is a disgrace and you will never get what you actually paid for. At this point I could have ordered the light somewhere else and this replaced 5x over. These people really screwed me over.
