I wish I could give 0 star. I'm confused as to why they have good reviews. They didn't properly vacuum all the visible glass. When I pointed out visible glass in my cup holder, back seat, trunk and floors that needed to be removed, the manager said the service wasn't a detail, got really disrespectful.. everyone was staring! I'm mad I paid for the service before inspecting the car. Update 10/04/2019 Manager's response is a complete lie. I did not become loud and aggressive, I left the place in tears because of the way the manager treated me. You don't even remember which customer it is leaving this review but will say anything to defend your rude employee. He ordered me to get out of the place like he was talking to a child when I asked for a proper glass cleaning. He's the one who got loud and aggressive. read more

Aaron Auto Glass of Joliet may actually replace windshields faster than pizza delivery. The Joliet location is a hidden gem. However once you discover and experience it, you will want to tell the world. My vehicle is a 2013 model with the funky rain sensor (James Bond style). The process really only took 30 mins although they say 45 mins just to make sure. I decided to walk down the street to the local market to grab a cold beverage and explore the shops to kill some time. Upon my return...TADA!! My vehicle was just pulling out of the repair bay area. Talk about fast. Super happy and cost effective. Aaron Auto Glass does have a mobile repair service straight to your home as an option too. read more

I had my windshield installed here in 2017. They did a great job on the install and customer service was great. My windshield started cracking a few weeks ago from the corner and I called to see if I had a warranty. I was told that my receipt is my lifetime warranty and they would only honor it if I had the paper copy. I asked them to look me up in the system and they found my original purchase and work order in their system. I asked if they could use that as my receipt and they said no. I said nobody had told me that when I got the windshield from them, and they told me that there are signs all over the shop stating it and it says it on the receipt. I asked if they could meet me in the middle because they were able to find my receipt in the system and was told no. Although the person on the phone was very curious, that policy is garbage. It's 2020, we all have computers to save stuff like that. Sorry but because of this policy they have lost my business. read more

A few weeks ago, Chicago experienced a heavy hail storm and my car fell victim to mayhem. When I finally got around to calling Aaron's Auto Glass on Armitage for a quote,($135 to replace the windshield), I find out my boyfriend is driving the car out to Matteson all this week for work! Argh Yesterday, I called Aaron's of Joliet for assistance. After being placed on hold for quite some time, the Receptionist came back with good news. For an additional $15, a Service Technician would meet Jason at his location between 10a and 3p. The Aaron's Receptionist, a Service Technician and Jason all spoke to confirm the actual address and time to meet. While Jason worked his shift as a plumber, he waited and waited and waited for the Service Technician to show up. He turned out to be a no call/no show! Jason called Aaron's of Joliet, letting the Receptionist know about how he was stood up. I'm happy to report that Aaron's Auto Glass of Joliet made amends today. Not only did the Service Technician arrive in Matteson by 1p to replace my windshield, he made it possible for me to open the front passenger door for free! When and how the door handle broke is a story that doesn't need to be told... thank you Aaron's for taking care of it! read more

After looking at my windshield thoroughly I notice it has a huge gap at the top of the windshield. I called twice and spoke to manager Danny. Both times Danny refused to look at the car or speak to his installer and just kept telling me its fine. His final feedback was for me to go have a new windshield installed somewhere else then go give him back his windshield and they will reimburse me . What kind of ridiculous resolution is this? So I now have to lug around a giant windshield to return to them AND have to come up with several hundred dollars again to have it replaced somewhere else ?!....then HOPE they actually reimburse me like they say. Absolutely ridiculous. If he would have just humored me and looked at the windshield I maybe would not be as ticked off but he could care less. I will never come back to this place and will be sure to tell everyone how lazy this place is. read more

I called and was instantly helped, asked for a specific window, they didn't seem to have it in stock but they ordered it for me, that took about 3 hours which is pretty impressive the repair took about 30-40min and was only charged $150, window works fine and everything, if you are on a budget I'd definitely recommend Aaron's Auto Glass Thanks guys read more

My car went into the shop with a black trim on the windshield and came out without it. My dealership that checked the window prior to Aarons doing the work verified there was a trim on MY car. Aarons refuses to put the trim back on my car. It is a 2014 and looks ridiculous as all the rest of the windows have this trim except for the front and there is a nasty looking gap around the window. Fast, friendly service. Our windshield they ordered had some minor scratches at the bottom where the wipers lay and asked if it would be okay at a discounted price. We had no problem with it and had it installed. It took less than an hour and we were out the door. Not a single issue since. And it cost less than $150! Brought my car in for a windshield replacement due to it being cracked by a rock on the eway. Price wise it was decent. Still cheaper than most places, but $166 for a new windshield still hurt. I'm originally from Chicago, so I had to tell them not to dispose of my Chicago city sticker. I would assume this would be an automatic assumption not to throw them away-they are expensive!? But the signs posted tell you to let them know, other wise they aren't responsible for them. I let then guy know and he quickly went to the back and let them know to put my sticker on my new windshield. They told me 45min to an hour for the replacement, it only took about 25min. I called several Auto glass shops to get an estimate, their prices are between $230-350 to replace the windshield! Then I called Aaron Auto Glass, and they said it would cost $166 to do the work tax included. What?!? Why so cheap, I asked myself.
