Started showing up at 3am in the morning, and just hanging out in site. He a came non responsive and left all the debris from the job in the yard despite it being part of the contract to dispose of material. In top of it all his "crew" brought a dog into our house that ruined our couch. Our whole rental smells like dog pee! There's more.. but I think this gives you the idea. We've had to get the police involved. We had to pay others to clean up after them and have to pay for people to redo their work after paying them $1000's.
