Though they have some good doctors…read morethere, it's the worst worst worst of the worst customer service in DC area. these people never ever answer the goddamn phone. we are patients/ customers calling with an emergency , but they wouldn't answer the phone. it's been happening for many years. i even talked to the manager of the building a hispanic female, i talked to the doctor about it. but still no one answers the phone . when i was there i have heard many parities being upset for not answering the phone calls. if you have an option to go somewhere else please do that and do yourself a favor. i had to literally drive 20 miles for some that that would be a 2 minutes phone call.

Pro: big parking lot, big waiting room, clean environment…read more Con: long wait time, low staffing Needed to do a physical & blood test for my employer and I was on a time crunch so I was sent to this location compare to the Concentra I usually go to in beltsville. The parking lot is big so there is no issue with parking. The medical open at 7 am and I got there at 7:11 am and already there was about 10 people already waiting so I check in and waited for atleast 2 hours and 30 min until I was called in. After getting my vital done, blood drawn, and physical completed it took about 3 hours total from start to finish which is your whole morning gone just sitting and waiting. All in all, my experience was below average and I would highly suggest that if you need to go to Concentra for an employer to not use this location. I would gladly go to the Concentra in beltville compare to here in the future.

The parking lot was a bit small and could potentially be tight if you're coming during the week (my appointment was on a holiday). The office is on the first floor to the right when you enter the building. If you pass the elevators you've gone too far. The sign is small and neutral with no windows on the door. You'll think you're in the wrong place, but you're fine. The door was unlocked. Enter and sign in. The seating area, past the sign in, is bright and clean. Dr. Nguh herself is friendly and a bit soft-spoken; however, she is thorough. I've had two other exams at another facility in Bowie and the difference was night and day. She actually asked relevant, probing follow-up questions and took the copies of my service treatment records I brought in to review as I already knew my records were older, handwritten, and largely unsearchable. The VA doesn't give us a choice in who we see for examiners. My first two were a dumpster fire and left me apprehensive about this one, but if you're lucky enough to get an exam here you're in good hands.
