After some discussion there was an agreement made about what they still needed to do - which Gobetz didn't document, thus ensued many weeks of haggling. This cost me time, money and aggravation. But it was only when I sold the property a couple of years later that I learned how poorly i was served. I'm not a lawyer, but several people who are and were familiar with the situation described it as "amazing" and used words like "incompetent" and "malpractice". Basically, it turns out he let me buy a house without informing me that it did not have a certificate of occupancy and with 2 open building permits! Evidently, its typical for the seller to be responsible for providing this but that standard clause in the contract of sale was omitted and Gobetz did not provide me with the information for me to decide if I was willing to take the premises without the Seller providing same. Consequently, when I sold the property the close was delayed for weeks and I had to spend thousands of dollars to close the permits and get the certificate of occupancy - stuff the former seller would have done if I'd had appropriate legal counsel. Bottom line... I will never use him again and wish you luck if you do!

The same goes for any service business -- whether it's a doctor, a lawyer, or a contractor, you hire the best, not the cheapest. How would you like to lose a lawsuit and say, "well, he gave me the best price"? That was never going to be me. I interviewed dozens of attorneys and chose Lieb at Law because I wanted proven performance. Within minutes of my consultation with Natalie, I knew she was the one to represent me. She is efficient, on top of her game, knows the law inside and out, and has the skill to position, present, and navigate a courtroom to get results. Natalie worked with me through financial hardship and still secured the lowest possible settlement. With her representing me, I didn't feel like the outcome was uncertain -- when you hire the best, you get results. The entire Lieb at Law team was outstanding. Andrew Lieb sets the tone for excellence, and his staff delivers. Their assistant Laurin was also extremely helpful and understanding throughout the process. If you want the best, stop looking. Natalie Donaldson and Lieb at Law are who you call.

I would never recommend them! I cannot believe how much money they sell from me. I kept paying. I had no idea what more he was doing or why I had these pills. Every two weeks a woman named Lauren would call me for payment. Twice I was in the hospital. She called me on my cell phone. She could care less that I was in the hospital. She just wanted to know if I could pay them twice this happened. Andrew Lieb? When I first went in the office? I had a people magazine. I didn't know how long the wait time was or whatever. Mordy called Andrew into the conference room. I had my people magazine. Andrew says oh is that where you get your news from? Their thieves! Andrew?? He has no rights to being an attorney. He's disgusting. Yet when I was being called for money every two weeks? I was shocked because I was in the hospital and the girl Lauren was calling me for money. She asked me to hold on. And she asked Andrew Lieb. Andrew said to her see if he can get 13,000 out of her. And I paid it. I swear on my children's lives! Do not use this firm. They will milk you dry. I promise you look elsewhere.

I found this office through a service provided to me by my company and was not recommended to me personally by anyone I am close to. This naturally would make anyone a little nervous. I have to say after my first contact and conversation with Colleen the Paralegal, I felt completely at ease. She pretty much explained the entire process right off the bat in that first conversation. Every time I called, I was treated with a very personal feeling. I was never hurried off the phone, never forgotten about, and never made to feel like I was small and on the bottom of the priority list. It was that personal feeling that made my home purchase smooth and as easy on my mine and my wife's nerves as possible even when there were slight hiccups in the process. Feeling like an important client is one thing, but obviously it was also important that they backed it up with their professionalism, knowledge and ability to get things done. They always made sure to look out for my best interest in the transaction, and kept on top of all parties to assure the transaction was fair, complete and timely. If I could give them more than five stars I would. I highly recommend Joe and Colleen to anyone who needs a thorough and personable home purchase lawyer.

He quickly put all the documents together so we could be the speaker for my brother if he couldn't speak. Then, in 2024, we needed to contact Joe when my brother-in-law was ill again and passed away. We retained him to navigate the complicated paperwork that was necessary to settle my brother's estate. We couldn't have gotten through this without him and his wonderful paralegal, Catherine. So, when it came to finalizing our estate in anticipation of our final days, there was no doubt in our minds that Joe was the one and there should be no doubt in yours. We retained Joe once again; he patiently walked us through the process of setting up a trust. The result was outstanding. We now have a clear and comprehensive path to preserving our estate for our beneficiaries. We would never hesitate to ask him for legal advice in the future.
