They cook pizzas with no ventilation and the whole place smells like smoke. I asked if they could air the place out because my eyes were watering and the waiter opened the front door for approximately 5 minutes. Not spending my money on 7 choices for a "wine bar" that smells like this. I am actually surprised the health department hasn't addressed the lack of ventilation for the pizza oven.

Supremo and Steakhouse Melt pizzas were excellent. Nice atmosphere. Will be back!

In the many years since I moved away from Rapids, I have not been there but I could not pass it up when driving by today. I have very mixed feelings about it. The atmosphere was just not the same. They remodeled it and quite frankly it's just boring, awkward and loud now. The carpet and the checked plaid tablecloths and candles and everything that made an amazing old-school Italian restaurant are gone. It is very boring. Could be anywhere decor. Without the carpet, it's also extremely loud. The reconfiguration of the dining room was also very weird. So the atmosphere is just not what it used to be. I don't know why they gave that up. I know carpet is not easy to maintain but still. It's just a really not great vibe inside. That being said, they still make the best damn pizza. It was everything I remembered. I don't know how they do their crust better than anywhere else in the Midwest or beyond. It was so very, very good. Loved it wish I could eat that pizza more often. So thumbs down for the atmosphere big thumbs up for the pizza and the very gracious and helpful staff. It's an Italian restaurant. I wish they had Negronis on the cocktail menu, but I guess those just aren't popular in Wisconsin.

I hadn't been to a Noodles in ages. So I think my expectations were set a bit high from what I…read moreremember but that could be a personal problem! As a gluten-free eater, eating there was slightly tougher than I thought it would be. There's gluten-free pasta you can swap for regular pasta in any dish, but a quick glance at the menu made me leery at what other gluten is in each dish (i.e. in the sauces). A safe bet though is the Pad Thai, just fyi! It was pretty good. But for the cost, the amount of chicken is highly disappointing. I eat a lot of protein in my diet so I may be a bit bias in that sense but I'm not even sure it was a full chicken breast's worth. The service was friendly and the seating and all that was plentiful, nothing crazy special. It's a great option to have in town!

When you are a vegetarian or vegan, it is nice to know that there are fast, casual restaurants where you can stop and find something that is tasty and meets your dietary requirements. The reason I am giving this particular noodles five stars is that it is the friendliest noodles I have ever stopped at. It is located in my hometown and I have stopped there multiple times when I have gone back to visit my parents. Without fail, the staff is helpful and cheerful. The restaurant is clean. They are there to help with whatever you need. This is a delightful location.
