At no point did the owner warn me that the machine he uses throws dirt and wood chips in all directions with a radius of 20 feet. From all appearances there must 20 pounds of clay dirt in the bottom of my pool. If I try to vacuum up this dirt, it will ruin my pool pump. I have no choice but to drain the pool, and try to clean this clay out of the pool by hand, hoping that the dirt doesn't stain the surface of pool that I just had re-plastered 2 years ago at a cost of $10000. His workers removed the cover of the skimmer closest to where they were working, which allowed dirt to get in the skimmer which will be very difficult to remove, and then they put one of my concrete blocks on top of the skimmer, trying to cover up their mistake. I am very dissatisfied with Mr Perez, and will never employee him ever again. I'm 82 years old and don't need this kind of hassle. BTW: I'm writing this on April 17th, the pool plaster HAS BEEN STAINED.

I walked over to ask how much it would cost to have them mow my yard. I was told that he would need to see the yard to provide an estimate. I walked him through and he told me $30/weekly or $40/bi-weekly. The price is approximately what I expect given other prices I've seen. I was told that for $30/weekly he would mow, edge, fertilize, and provide pest control. I've come to despise working in the yard during Texas summers, so I decided to take him up on his weekly offer. I am typically skeptical of paying someone for a service I can do myself. It seems lazy and a waste of money. However, I left to run an errand and when I returned I was impressed by the quality of his work. I don't have the patience or knowledge to make my yard look as impressive as it did when he was done. The only drawback I could identify is that there is no website or email address. It seems that these 2 gentlemen are running a small business where they advertise with a business card. While this limits the form of communication, I sent a text to thank them for their work and to ask about the bushes. It did not appear that the bushes were trimmed, so I asked if it is possible they forgot and to just ask if he could address it next week if he did forget. He replied promptly. If you are interested in lawn service, I would recommend Tony and his partner. Since the barrier to entry is low, there are likely many service providers. I cannot speak to the quality of work by others, but I can tell you that I was impressed with Tony's work.
