The last 4 times I went there I waited in the lobby for so many hours. If I had known it would be that long I would have went home. The last time was 5 and a half hours in the lobby! I tried to go home at hour 3 and was asked to stay (telling me it would be soon.) The prices have really gone up. He wouldn't charge me to look at it so I thought I was getting a good deal but with the high pricing it made up for it. Several hundred dollars cheaper at other places when I called around. I got an oil change here and I made an appointment for it. I waited 3 and a half hours in the lobby and it cost a little over 100$. I mentioned I was feeling the transmission slipping and was told they would take a look at it. At checkout they said nothing, I asked them about it and another 20 minutes later they came back and said it was fine maybe I could get a tune up soon. I brought it in again a few weeks later still with the transmission slipping. They said they found a sensor out and a few other things. I paid a little over 1000$ two separate times within 3 months. Each time I asked is it worth it, to fix it? What about the transmission? I got round about answers and was told fixing it was a good option. Now after putting almost 4000$ into it within a year my transmission needs to be replaced and I can't afford to fix it or get another vehicle! I don't have words for how I feel about that. I really trusted Adrian and so I trusted his crew and I feel like they really let me down and put me in a bad spot. I'm a single mom and I needed the honesty and care I had gotten from Adrian at the beginning but I guess things change.

I gave it a generous 3, but you make your own opinion!…read more I had a 2 year, 24k mile warranty for a complete transmission rebuild completed 3 years ago. Current day, 10k miles later & 3 years on the transmission, it went again. Even though the 2 year warranty expired, the low miles traveled we were able to work out a fair agreement were I pay for the cost of parts and they pay for all other cost such as labor, disposal or special fees. It took 2.5 weeks to get to the agreement. Then another 5.5 weeks of repairs only for them to tell us that the rebuilt transmission was doing the exact same thing that it was brought back in for 8 weeks ago. Another couple days and they determined what it was. And the saga continues; They sent that part out to be rebuilt. It was returned, delivered and stolen off their doorstep. They had to order & pay for another and get it installed. Here we are after 10 weeks without my truck. Truck in hand now and seems to be fine. How many stars would you have gave?

Crosson insisted I needed a diagnostic ($295) even though I knew, they knew exactly what was wrong. If I was disabled, that work would have taken a hour or so in my driveway. The steering does work better now. Feels like gouging to charge that kind of extra money for a known, customer specified issue. Be aware, they do this.

The value of their service along with the needs of my vehicle and my pocketbook were excellent. As a matter of fact, I went in there to take a look at something on my truck and I was not charged for that. This doesn't mean that this will happen with everybody. I just happen to perhaps get lucky. I don't know that this is common practice either. They walk through the process with you. Definitely ask questions.
