Now the whole bed is on the floor and Value City told me to contact the Warranty Company and they don't respond. My other bedroom set was on clearance, I sat on it on day and the whole side fell and the drawers screws fell apart. Value City said there is nothing they can do since it was a clearance. This is their legal way of protecting themselves and taking advantage of the customers. They are selling furniture that is "DRY-ROTTED!! Save your money their warranty company never contacted me

Carmen greeted us (my mom was with me) at the door, and directed us to the dining section. Sadly, it wasn't a great selection. It was small and maybe I'm just not up to date on current trends but everything mostly had a vintage barnyard feel. I was hoping for a leather like material but everything was that suede like material which was a bummer. The chairs I did like didn't come in the brown wood legs I needed to match my table. The did have a table almost identical to mine with chairs I'd consider. HOWEVER, the grey they advertised and I wanted was now discontinued in the style I wanted. Another bummer. I ended up getting an entire new set because it was only a few dollars difference from just getting chairs. It wasn't exactly what I was hoping nor the preferred color but with the holidays upon us I wanted new chairs to accommodate family. Using my value city card did save additional money which helped.

I purchased a bedroom set that included mirrors on each piece, therefore, the warranty was a main…read moreconcern for me and discussed in great details with the manager who happened to be the salesman. After receiving the set, about a month later, I noticed that in-between the crevices of the tiled mirrors that boarders the main mirror was a crack on the left and right side. I contacted the manager (Little Moe) to inform him of the cracks. He then told me that the 1 year warranty didn't include the mirrors although there are mirrors on the head & foot boards, the nightstand, the chest and of course, the dresser. There is only a 7 day warranty on all mirrors, in which, he definitely didn't inform me of at the time of purchase. Long story short, he said the company he purchased it from refuses to give me another one. He suggested giving me the store model but that it had a hairline crack in it. When he exchanged the mirror, I noticed several handprints all over the mirror and there was a very tiny scrape at the bottom. I accepted the mirror because I knew it was probably the store model and that was probably as good as I was going to get. I'm not an unreasonable person so it didn't bother me that it was the store model. I just wanted a mirror that wasn't cracked. About two weeks later, the mirror had a crack in the exact location as the first one, but this time, the left side had eventually shattered. I called the store and spoke to Big Moe who was completely unprofessional in handling the situation and directed me to contact Little Moe two days later. I told him that the mirror was more than likely from the store and whatever tiny crack it had, has expanded. He swore that the mirror was not the floor model and they had gotten in trouble for purchasing a new mirror for me. So, I went into the store the next day to view and take pictures of the mirror that is in the store now. Of course, it had the exact same cracks at the top that was taken out of my home. I explained to Little Moe that either my mirror was swapped with theirs or that's the third mirror with the same issues. He still contends that the mirror in the store with cracks at the top on both sides is not the mirror that was taken from my home. He could not explain how their mirror was broken just as mine was. His only suggestion was for me to purchase another mirror from him and that he'd give me the price that the company would charge him. I am now stuck with a shattered mirror from a bedroom set that I paid almost 2,000 for less than two months ago. Needless to say I will NEVER shop there again, neither will I recommend anyone to shop there.

There were enough sales people on the floor to assist all guest so you did have personal assistance. I had Anthony Z. Very nice, understands all the merchandise and made great recommendations. Though I opted to shop around a bit, I made the drive from the city to go back to this location and asked specifically for Anthony. He's just great. We went through all my finance options, I placed my order and signed up for delivery and was back in my car in no time. Bob's has countless affordable furniture options.
