Their office called me to tell me they'd be there on a Friday from 9 am to 4 pm sometime and she told me that's the best they can tell me.. but that when he was on the way he'd call me... okay I work for myself and have my own service calls... but I waited... wasted the entire day... so I called Frigidaire who told me that Fix Rite changed it to Monday between 8 AM to 12 PM... well no one bothered to call me and tell me ... okay I KNOW Fix Rite isn't a good company so I wasn't shocked... okay come Monday... at 12:30 PM I had to call Frigidaire back as they didn't show up or call again... Frigidaire called them and they told Frigidaire that they never got the info for the call which was a flat out lie because Fix Rite called me to schedule so yeahhhhhhhhhh they got the info... So needless to say Frigidaire is looking for another service to fix my range because I don't want this trash outfit anywhere near my house... so as I said true to form they are exactly what these reviews show.... garbage, unreliable trashy company. Don't bother.... call someone else.
