When we asked how we could fix their mistake we were told to "deal with it" and that they took responsibility for ordering the wrong couch but they would do nothing to fix the situation. After being told by the owner Multiple times that it was their fault and they had not ordered the right couch, we then received a call from them stating that they never admitted to any fault. They then wrote a forged receipt with the sectional parts that they ordered on it to cover their tracks. Crooks.

I was scrubbing mud off of my white chair while they were bringing in the other items. They saw me and said nothing. As they were carrying the base of the bed upstairs, they smashed a chunk of the edge of an archway going upstairs. They were bringing it back to the truck and decided to try again. I later found out how they did it. I noticed part of the cloth was hanging down from the base and one of the boards that frame the entire thing, was split into two. There was also mud on my mattress that I had to clean. They were sloppy and reckless and had no regard for the situation. I also had to clean mud off of my walls and other things in my house. I didn't realize the extent of the damage right away so nothing could be done. Customer service is minimal at best. If you are looking for good service in any way, this is not the place to go.

The listing stated they were, the photos showed a few (terrible quality) photos of a few of the cards, and the title was stating they were just Magic deckmaster cards. 90% of the cards were not Magic, but a defunct game no longer in production. The cards shown? ALL FAKES, and the two that weren't were in Korean and Italian. the listed the stack as 'unsearched', but the clear container, if flipped over and shown to the camera would have showed a clearly visible "Legend of the 5 Rings" card backs. They refused to acknowledge the misrepresentation of the listing I bid on, and am now out nearly $400. Better still, they doubled down saying it was MY fault for their misrepresentation of an online listing i cannot physically interact with, and completely blew me off, despite photo evidence. TLDR: dishonest listings online cost me $400, and now proudly own worthless fakes and cards from a defunct game. they offered no help, and told me sucks to suck.

They ignored my request. They continued to harass me by calling me, showing up at my home, contacting my family members (in which contact information I had never provided) This past weekend, they hid their van, showed up at my home and demanded entry. The employee (who will be later posted in video) was the same man in the home who is fat shaming me on video. He was banging on my door like he was the police, screaming at the top of his lungs in my quiet neighborhood, speaking to us to gain entry like he was the fed with a warrant, leaned against the door, AND PUT HIS FOOT IN MY HOME SO WE COULDN'T CLOSE THE DOOR. This is disorderly conduct. This is disturbing the peace, and public nuisance; all of which are chargeable offenses. This is stalking. This is harassment. This is intimidation; all of which are civil offenses. This is attempted breaking and entering and trespassing. This is home invasion which is a serious felony. This is now a civil matter. This is not your typical non-payment situation where you try to collect monies from the less fortunate. Aarons is putting these employees in dangerous situations, or they are making these poor choices themselves, but either way, all I wished for was a refund and the items picked up. I will not be supporting a company who doesn't train their employees properly, and does not respect their customers. If you don't wish to do right by the defamation and harassment of your employee from the initial delivery, then you can proceed to take the account holder to court for a civil case. What you're not going to do is show up my home unannounced, without a warrant. What you're not going to do is continually call a phone number and harass the account holder during a situation your employees put your company in. This behavior and hostile actions have caused a stressful situation and unsettling fear, and my safety and well-being of my family is a large concern from this horrific encounter. We will be proceeding with not only a lawsuit, but putting charges and restraints in place. Moving forward, train your employees to act like business/salesmen, not monsters, and well educate them on crossing the boundary of law. We will be sharing this experience and videos on social media and the internet warning any potential customers. There will be police reporting put in place due to these events. At this point, Aarons should acknowledge their poor customer service, admit their mistakes, fire this employee, and move the hell on.

He helped us find someone to build a stone pad for the shed and was a great communicator throughout the process. Not the cheapest option we had but worth every penny we spent.
