After watching the dryer run for a couple of minutes he diagnosed the problem before even opening the unit! He said the coils were probably bad. Opened up the dryer and voila! Bad ignition coils! He had them right in his truck. He also cleaned out a ton of lint from the back. In and out in under an hour. Highly recommended!

He removed the clog that caused the burned fuse, thoroughly cleaned the inside of the dryer and put everything back together. He charged me a small fee for the service call and a small fee for the fuse. The dryer was working fine, but after Tim left, the fuse blew again. The outside vent was clogged. Tim came back early the next day, replaced both fuses in the unit, helped me clean the outside vent...and didn't charge me a dime!!! Tim is a very honest, very nice, highly capable gentleman. Assuming the switch was broken, I was looking for a replacement part. Finally found this company through searching various outlets that had absolutely ZERO service information about my 50+ year old equipment. The service tech I spoke with had seen this oven style years ago, and promptly asked me to identify the controls and their markings, and asked me to adjust the start and stop timer knobs until the stop timer knob popped out so that it could be set to manual run operation. The knobs were stuck in due to the start knob being pushed in while the knobs were out of sync. I attempted to pay over the phone but they would not take payment. This service was very appreciated and I will recommend them to anyone.
