Because Goodwill has the workers sorting through merchandise and pulling those very tags (so you can't get the discount). I've seen them doing it! It really pisses me off! Then they take those items to the warehouse to be "redistributed" as one worker told me when I asked why she was pulling all the items with the "color of the week" tags. Goodwill, you are shady and greedy as hell!
