Awful service. Purchased the wrong size rollers. 1 week later I tried to exchange for a different…read moresize. Was told not without the receipt. The rollers were unopened and not sold at any Home Depot or Lowes in the area. I'm not sure of any business who can't look up a transaction by the credit card. I wasn't looking for a refund or store credit. Just a simple exchange of a product clearly sold at the store. Worst part was the employee was just a jerk. A little empathy and sincerity would have gone miles. "I'm really sorry but this this our store policy and I am not authorized to break it" would have been nice. But "Not without a receipt" and a GFY stare as if I was bothering him by coming into the store is the reaction I received. Never going back.

This collection of shops was the nexus of the revitalization of downtown Asbury 5 or 6 years ago. While there has been turnover, the Arcade still manages to stay alive. I like this boutique mainly because they stock some really good shaving soap which I have been buying for years. The owner is very friendly and loves to talk to my wife and myself even when we don't buy anything. The shop has some really distinctive items that make great gifts. Shop local!

He was also quite charmingand I agred to some work and tried to spen over a thousand dollars. As I did not have my card (was not expecting to do this) they called the credit dept and I was approved. Well I recieved a call the net day saying the charge did not post to my account. this went on all week as I guess the credit dept. does not speak to the accounting dept and no one was willing to take responsibility for this nor it it ever get straightened out.. Patient and accomodating, as my son and I picked out his soon to be fiance engagement ring. They have a wide variety of settings that are great quality and farily priced. The diamond that was being used, was my diamond from my engagement ring given to me 44 years ago. They did a fabulous job taking the diamond and placing it within the setting. It is absolutely beautiful. They recently purchased their wedding bands from Regency, again, a great experience around selection, service and value. Thank you Regency and so glad we found you!
