She then returned our call and said they would be out at the end of the week to respray. We then received a voice mail stating they would not be able to fulfill their commitment to respray unless we paid another full price fee. She is older and a recent widow, so she needed some extra help. Not only did Gary send us specific instructions to give her, but he also followed up with her on the phone. My mom said the technician that came out went above and beyond. The technician even helped her put in her air filter (which is located in the ceiling of their house.) She mentioned Rodney, the technician stayed for a long time and made sure all of her pest issues were taken care of. He will be back in 2 weeks to follow up on his work. The price for that first visit was about $200 less than the big company quote and they did more services for my mother.
