I meant to follow up, but with no written notice, no phone call, and no additional outreach, it slipped my mind. Today, a technician returned and repossessed the equipment. He rang the bell once (again while I was on a call), then entered the yard and began removing bait stations without speaking to anyone or receiving permission. The lawn was damaged in the process. No notice was left behind, and when I called to ask what happened, the company didn't take any responsibility or offer to fix the damage. Since that brief and unclear interaction months ago, we've hired a competitor mosquito control service--and the difference was immediate. The new provider communicated clearly, respected our property, and acted professionally from start to finish. It was a stark contrast that confirmed we made the right decision not to continue with this company.
