This place is as good as it gets when it comes to self storage. I've been renting from this place for about a year and a half or so and I've never had such awesome customer service. The gentleman who works on the property is very helpful and so is the general manager, Brena. She new my wife and I were wanting to move into a unit on a specific date so we had it reserved and ready for the move in date. Brena was on top of everything for us. She helped us find the perfect unit and everything, the whole experience was painless and she was wonderful. The gentleman that works for her is great as well. He is always very helpful when we go in to pay our bill. I love this place. The pricing is competitive with other self storage facilities plus it is always clean. That is a HUGE plus! Devon Self Storage was my first ever experience with rented storage space. First, I was able to reserve what I needed on-line, with no reservation fee required. Next, when our move was delayed several days, one phone call took care of changing the date. I received an email confirmation of the change. When we arrived, Pete gave me a tour of the facility and showed me my reserved room. We agreed it met my needs, I completed the necessary paperwork, made payment and began unloading. The facility is immaculately maintained. I can make my payments on-line and the location is convenient to my new home. I couldn't ask for more (and I usually am hard to please). This place is by far the absolute best place you could ever rent from. I have had three units here and the manager, Bree, and the assistant manager, Lisa, are completely amazing. They worked with us on cost and we were so pleased with the pricing we didn't hesitate to secure our unit. They were awesome to work with.
