I ordered my couch December 6 th the following week we received delivery on Wednesday. The couch didn't fit, and a wall was scratched up, and the couch was dirty, and damaged. We called and spoke with joe. He stated that he would check into getting us a couch sooner. That was the first lie. Joe stated that we can place a new couch order, or he could call around to other stores. We assumed (our mistake) that he would be true to his word and do such. That same night I had to use my name to order a new couch as they still didn't cancel the one under my husbands name. We used the purchasing power to order a queen adjustable base. Delivery day for couch and base is today. They bring a TWIN adjustable base. We call, and they said it will be TWO WEEKS before we can get the right product! I called and made a complaint! It is unreal how people can be this horrible!! Update: GM Kevin states delivery will be this Tuesday, NOT 2 weeks + like Joe stated. Great delivery drivers. Sales manager Joe not so much! *I'm giving this review 5 Stars because of Marie and Justin* Upon coming into the store, I had my mind set on what I wanted and possibly what my husband wanted. I knew we needed a TV and Couch. Being a avid Aarons customer, I know what to expect when walking into the store to purchase and Item. I was greeted by Marie and Jonathan upon this initial arrival. Marie had a warm spirit and asked me directly what I needed. I explained to her that I just moved to Round Rock and we previously used Aarons at another location. She immediately gets everything verified and starts helping me look for couches. I have a very high energy personality so I expect the same especially if you are going to sell me something. We discuss couches and ended up not deciding on one because my husband was staying cautious of price point ( as you know the interest can get really high). But that was okay because I assured Marie that I would be able to decide once I could get him in the store. Now as for the TV, Johnathan somewhat helped me out with that, I seen a 75 inch tv for prelease at a good price, now preleased is from what I am known to not be displayed models, but he was VERY ABBRASIVE in not letting me get the 75 inch, but why, if I tell you that, that's the TV that I want as a existing customer whos going to be spending his cash here, id like to be listened to. Well you could tell he was a sales man from a mile away. He then tried to convince me to get a 65 inch LG TV with a Samsung sound bar, Which I had already had previously. I was not impressed during the test, not because I have anything against Samsung, I have just worked for apple for 2 almost 3 years and Samsung isn't something that I like. Well I knew that I wanted a TV as soon as I could and almost got that package I felt forced with, but luckily Marie needed Zach there because he was the main signer on the last items we received from them. Great! That part was over now I could pick up my husband and finally decide well a week later we come in again! Marie and Justin greet us both and I assure Marie we are ready to defiantly decide on a TV and Now Laptop but still think about the couch, this whole experience was fast and fun, with everything we liked, even if we changed our minds 30 times, you could feel they just wanted us to be comfortable with what we are getting. My husband likes things done in the same day I'm more patient with these types of things. By chance, he asked Justin if he could drop if off today and he went out of the way to make that happen. The gratitude I had at that moment, I believe Justin is the manager and you can tell by his great social skills and communication with the customer. Only thing is Justin we have to get you off Xbox and over to PS4. Well that day wrapped up good, everything got delivered, we were just finally deciding on the couch, well let me tell you something, my husband had seen a couch in the back for prelease and Marie called him and let him know it would be going on sale soon, which he got really excited about, besides everything else you heard, this is where Johnathan's role gets a little weird in this customer experience. MY husband calls and makes sure they updated the price for the couch and gets told its 300 cash and carry, we were a little bummed but was going to make something work, so we decide to go up into the store because we seen it online and figured maybe we could get it new. Well the couch was on display for lease ( Which is weird because it was for sale for 300) but we get excited and decide to take it for lease. Well in this building im pretty sure Johnathan heard us talking about this couch and going over details, it wasn't until the last minute he rudly stated it was already going out today. (WELL WHY DID YOU LET US DECIDE ON IT WHEN YOU WERE RIGHT IN THE FRONT). I kept my composure but one thing I dislike is non empathetic customer service works. Marie continued to helped up and we finally decide on another couch, Marie goes to Justin for assistance with the couch pricing, we get served a quote and it looks good, so we are like okay lets take couch number 2, once again very abrasively he was determined something was wrong with the pricing and went to go double verify making me feel uncomfortable for not only myself but for Marie whos just trying to sell me a couch, well he comes back, and is sure that the price isn't right. She changes it as he's hovering by her. She fixes it but honestly for the price, it was way too ugly. So I got to pick my dream couch and honestly couldn't be more excited since It was going to be the same as the dream couch. Now once again I'm looking around and I spot a dresser for 50 Pick up and Carry, I state I will come in pay for it tomorrow and Justin said he could deliver it. Well my Husband just called and guess who said it was a mistake, Johnathan. I ordered a whole king size bedroom suite online. Waited almost 2 weeks and called the store. They said it would be in Friday and they could deliver Monday after 4. Monday 4:35 I get a call from Josh, (why he waited until so late is beyond me) the store manager saying someone had given my furniture to another customer and they could bring the headboard and footboard and 1 nightstand out. Whatever? Ok. Delivery guys were awesome, couldn't have been nicer. I am assured over and over that the rest of my stuff will be here Friday and they will deliver because I'm such a great customer. Fast forward to today 6:00 pm. I call and ask where they are. I am told my stuff is In and they will deliver sometime tomorrow. I stayed home all day today for them. I was told today. I told the manager this. Oh well I thought we talked about Saturday. LIES. Anyway i told him to come get the stuff they did bring and take it back. I will never do business here again. Joe has a serious attitude problem. This is our first call, regarding our first payment, from Aaron's. Joe stated our account was past due which we were unaware because we have notated on the online contract that paydates were 10th & 25th. I explained this to Joe and he said " can you tell me where you see that on the contract as I'm looking at it now!". Wow! What a response! It truly caught me off guard. I did not expect that. We have been customers of Aaron's at different locations for over 10 years and I am very disappointed by Joe's approach to customer service. I work in public service for the State of Texas and know customer service is a job that include people who can deal with customers with the ability to use compassion, understanding and being helpful. How can the Aaron's company allow Joe to continue to be a face to the company??? He has obviously been a problem, after reading Google reviews. It's time to replace Joe or offer him some anger management classes. He truly needs to learn to deal with people with kindness. I told Joe I could not show him (I didn't have the contract pulled up) and that I didn't expect him to be so aggressive. He did not apologize at all. He just said well to change the due dates we need a card on file and to have my husband call. But after this first experience with Joe...our next call will be to set an appointment for merchandise pick up so we don't have to deal with Joe again. I've used in Aarons in the past and have experienced great service at other locations. Not this location though. They are extremely rude to customers. Not at all professional. They lie about delivery times. They call every other day asking for a payment although it's days away from being due I could understand if the payment was past due as I realize that's part of their job however that wasn't the case with myself. I have been a customer of Aaron's for quite a few years. Bought many things through them. This past year, their customer service and organization of everything has gone downhill drastically. They messed up my account when I had to switch out my couches that were sinking in the middle. They told me I can have my payment date on the 15th of each month but they really made my due date the 1st and have been charging me late fees for nearly the entire time. I was told when I made my January payment that it was my last payment, that Don (who was there) would fix my account and to come back for my ownership paperwork. They are now saying I still owe one more payment. I am calling corporate in the morning and letting them know how mediocre this place is. read more

WARNING do not do business with this location. We have signed contract by them that they refuse to honor. We purchased a dining set 90 days same as cash, made all the payments on time. And were told that we still owed more because it wasn't paid off (according to them) on time. Reviewing the payment history we have discovered that we actually overpaid by $47.00! They refuse to accept the error and move on. Off to the attorney now seems to be our only recourse. Buyer beware. 0 stars should be a choice. read more

I wish there was an option of negative stars This is the 2nd time I have had a terrible experience with the Round Rock location. I called on the 31st and spoke to Tammy about not being happy with my Living room set. She told me it was not an option to exchange, but she would have the GM Don call me back. After no returned phone call I called back 2 days later and spoke to Don. Surprise u can exchange. I went over with him the couch that I wanted. He said he would order it and it would get to their store on the following Wednesday and delivery would be Friday. They picked my couch I was returning on Monday. Friday at noon I called to ask when I should expect delivery and was told by Shawn that he didn't see me on the delivery schedule, but he would have the GM Don call me back when he got back from lunch. Never received a call back so I called at 4:30. Don informed me that the couch I chose was very popular and it did not come in on the truck Wednesday. I said this is exactly what happened the last time I ordered furniture from you location. How can you think it's ok to not let a customer know they wouldn't be getting a delivery when it was expected especially when he was aware of it 2 days before it was to be delivered. He never said a word just sat there in silence. I asked if there was another couch they had that was like that one. He just said no. So now I have zero living room furniture and was never even offered any type of solution. Do not make the mistake I made. They obviously have had this continued problem after reading the other reviews today. I just wish I would have done it before I wasted my time read more
