I bought a Microwave Oven (MO) from Amir. I inquired about consistency in dimensions across manufactures and other questions, eventually purchasing the same brand with an updated model as my expectations were that it would be a simple swap without having to change the mounting bracket. I experienced difficulty when I tried to replace the MO as the holes in the MO and mounting bracket didn't align. With a bit of frustration I returned the MO. Amir was accommodating and immediately agreed to a return, but he also offered some insight and I decided to try the install once again. With his insight the replacement went without a hitch. I appreciated his immediate willingness to accept my return but additionally providing me with the insight to correct the issue was greatly appreciated! I don't typically complain on social media and usually give businesses the benefit of the doubt. However, I want to inform buyers about my horrible experience and encourage everyone to go elsewhere for better customer service. In December 2024, we purchased a new refrigerator and a washer/dryer combo. Both arrived damaged. We contacted Amir (the owner), who promised to resolve the issue. For the washer/dryer, he only managed to get us a small refund from the manufacturer. For the refrigerator, he promised a new door but refused to replace it with one from his store, leading to months of delays and excuses. Seven months later, we are still waiting. Amir's lack of commitment to customer service and his continuous lies have been incredibly frustrating. If you don't want to receive damaged goods and be misled, avoid this place. They have lost us as customers and promoters. We encourage others to take their business elsewhere and choose a company that values its customers and delivers on its promises. I just moved to Texas and had to but all new appliances for the first time because this house purchase did not come with any appliances. I went to all the big box stores, and wasn't satisfied with either either the price or the selection or the selection for the price and I was driving through Cedar Park and saw Appliance Club off three near the Habitat for Humanity exit. when I walked in, Amir greeted me with a warm smile, and showed me their selection and their prices that competes with the discount appliance stores, except theirs, comes with warrantees manufacturer. I went to Appliance Club to have them install an over the range microwave that my friend had given me. 2 guys came to my house, took old microwave down. They put up bracket to hold new microwave and installed the new one. The microwave was tilted forward at the top. They said the tile needed to be cut. They proceeded to cut the top of my cabinet off. Come to find out they had gone in my garage and used one of my husband's tools without our permission. They couldn't fix it. So they left it like that! We called the store after they left and told them what happened. They would not refund my money for the installation. I had to find a contractor to come do the install and cut the tile. They said the microwave was not attached to the bracket and it was barely holding on to particle board on the upper cabinet. They were surprised it hadn't fell. They couldn't believe the installers had butchered my cabinet. Soooo I ended up having to pay twice to have my microwave installed. Beware! read more

We bought an LG dual fuel range, Samsung dishwasher and and Samsung refrigerator from Appliances Club. The range was new in the box, Amir beat everybody by 30%. The dishwasher was new out of the box, Amir knocked it down 50%. The refrigerator was new but had a small insignificant dent in the door, 50% off (my wife put a small refrigerator magnet over it). I told Amir I was going to take the appliances to our vacation home in New Mexico; he boxed them all up securely, delivered them to our house and loaded them on my trailer. I later realized the dishwasher was missing the clips used to secure it to the cabinet- Amir rounded them up for me- otherwise, all the appliances are working perfectly. Purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator for our rental property in TX from Appliances Club and it broke down twice in 6 months. Upon reaching out to Appliances Club regarding the problem, I was told to contact Whirlpool service team to fix the problem. I reached out to Whirlpool service and the repairing team said that refrigerator parts were exchanged or modified previously. I enquired more about the refrigerator and it seems that our refrigerator was purchased from Lowe's 6 months before I purchased it from Appliances Club. During the 6 months, some parts were exchanged and replaced it with faulty ones. "Full manufacturing warranty", as mentioned here applies from the date originally purchased from dealer (Lowe's in our case). I lost hours being on call with the Whirlpool team and it cost me $300 to fix my refrigerator. This is a deceptive/fraud retailer and I would highly recommend NOT to purchase from here. read more

This place is phenomenal. The guys are so helpful, patience, the prices are awesome (and you still get the manufacture warranty!), and the service is unmatched. Our fridge died on us part way through the week and everything was back ordered for our height so I called here for the in stock options because I didn't want to be without a fridge for months. I drove the hour to get there and thank god I did. They had exactly what I needed and they could deliver it the next day. They walked me through all my different options and were so helpful. I also never felt like I was being sold on something I didn't need. Most stores wont take that time and care with you. Next day my fridge gets delivered, doesn't fit. Turns out my cabinet is lopsided. They were very understanding and took the fridge back so later that day I returned to the store and they helped me pick a different one (I was also lucky that they got three shipments in that day so for a very small size I was still able to maximize my space and options). Ali delivers the next one and hazzah it fits! This week was rough with work that having a broken fridge, not finding any, then not fitting, could easily have broken me but these guys really did save my sanity and groceries. I recently purchased a new stainless steel refrigerator and paid in full along with a delivery fee. After the install was done I noticed a puddle of water in my floor and called the appliance company. While waiting for them to return to my home the next day the water leak became worse and flooded my career ruining my carpet. I pulled the refrigerator from the wall and found a ow leak coming from the water line and valve. Now the floor has destroyed my carpet and there is damage done. When the installer returned to my home he tells this is not his problem and I need to call a plumber since I had a"faulty" valveand I needed to take tephlon tape to stop the leak. He said they did nothing wrong and they would not be fixing my water damage. I am calling KXAN and I'm reporting their poor install and lack of ownership to the problem which should have been handled during the install. I am also contacting a lawyer and will be filing a claim against the company I do not recommend having install done by these people as they do not know how to communicate or offer proper and professional solutions to their customers read more

What a great place to buy appliances. We needed a dryer and they had at least a dozen to to choose from. The store was packed with many refrigerators, washers, dryers and stoves, all brands to choose from. We bought a dryer for a great price. And it still is under manufacturer warranty. When we were looking around, as it was a hot day, Sam brought us couple of bottles of cold water, me and wife were pleasantly surprised by that gesture. When I started looking around we found a good refrigerator for a reasonable price, so I brought that also to replace my old refrigerator which wasn't cooling enough. Amir and Sam, his business partner are very knowledgeable about the appliances and helped us a lot in making our decision. They never pressurized us in buying the appliances. They sell the exact same models at Homedepot, Lowe's for twice the price. The best part is I bought it on a Saturday and they delivered it on Monday. And at the time of day they promised. The first refrigerator they brought was on showroom mode so they went back and brought a replacement which was even better. I was apprehensive about buying refurbished. I imagine this can go bad for many reasons, but I think this place offsets it with excellent service and follow up. They stand behind their products and reputation.
