This is not the Lowe's I typically shop at. I went here because the app said they had what I needed…read morein stock, while my usual Lowe's did not. I was buying the supplies to put some shelves up for my friends. I wanted to get the type that you install the track on the wall, and can move the brackets to adjust the shelf height as needed. My Lowe's said it only had one track available, so I came here because they said they had 8 tracks in stock. I loaded my cart with all the supplies I needed, and a few other items, then headed to get the track and brackets. There was only one track on the shelf. I looked through the entire area, just in case they were hidden behind another product, but could not find any more. I find it very hard to believe that somebody came into the store and grabbed 7 tracks of the exact size and color I was there for in the less than an hour it took me to check the app and drive over there. I bought everything, plus the single track, then headed to my usual Lowe's to pick up the last track I needed. When I got there, I found 5 on the shelf. I wish Lowe's would keep an accurate accounting of what they have available at the store.

Sad to say, we will be shopping elsewhere in the future. I hope they go back to using their own team of installers, because until then, I think their business will suffer. For example, we had installers come out four different times without the proper equipment to install a ceiling fan we bought at Lowe's and ended up having to return the fan. One of the fans we did have installed made noise. Lowe's did send someone out to troubleshoot it, but the installer drove from another city an hour and a half away, and he discovered that a screw had been left out of one of the blades, which was causing this rattling sound. These are just two of the issues-we have a list. It's very disappointing.

1 star I genuinely…read morewant Wagner to succeed as a local business, but our experience was unacceptable. We bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer. While waiting for them, Wagner provided a loaner washer with a hole in the discharge hose, which flooded our basement. When our new washer arrived, a pipe was broken during installation, flooding the basement a second time and forcing us to shut off water to the entire house. Then our new dryer required 2-3 hour-long cycles to dry clothes. When we called, we were met with defensiveness and blame, including suggestions that our venting might be the problem. Wagner installed the vent. And the vent WAS the problem. Their hose was cramped/restricted behind the dryer. Once corrected, the dryer worked perfectly. The customer service was worse than the mistakes. We actually drove to the store because of how rude the phone interaction had become. The salesperson was so argumentative that he eventually said, "I guess I'll just stop talking until you tell me it's okay." Later the manager sent photos "for our documentation." I responded with my before photos showing Wagner's original vent installation. He asked if my husband still wanted a call; we scheduled it for the next day. He never called. Mistakes happen. Two floods and a bad vent installation are frustrating, but what earned one star was the defensiveness and lack of basic accountability afterward. I chose a local dealer because I want businesses like Wagner to exist. I hope they improve, because customer service shouldn't feel like a schoolyard fight. Sometimes "We're sorry. Let's get this fixed" is all that's needed.

It appears that rather than using the correct Allen Head #4 wrench, they used some other bit head such that almost every structural screwhead is now stripped rendering them impossible to remove and almost impossible to tighten. In fact, several of the screws were very loose requiring multiple turns to fasten. As well, several of the side supports (using Phillips head screws) were also loose and insecure. If I were you, I'd request any furniture you purchase from Ego to be UN-ASSEMBLED as it is blatantly obvious that they do not know what they are doing in this regard. I spent 1 hour trying to fix the assembly to thus make the chairs sturdier. It is very likely that their lifespan would have been cut in half if not for my efforts to fix the shoddy workmanship. The staff and owner were polite and courteous.
