On Friday the 12th the installer called to say he only had an order to install 1 tv and did not have it ready. The store salesman and his manager told me the installer would bring the products with him. The installer told me he never brings the products and that delivery would come on a separate truck that was not scheduled until late on Saturday. Now I just received a voicemail from a number that was identified as spam. It was a Best Buy customer service rep "Josh" (probably not his real name). The message was to reschedule delivery to another date. I have call and left 2 messages and he has not responded. To this company I am just another damn customer. I was deliberately misled when they said that they had the 6 TV's in stock along with the sound bars and brackets for the sound bars. DON'T BELIVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU. Customer service is non-existent and I intend to cancel my order.

When I pressed him about the frozen ice at the bottom of the freezer he said it is only a concern if there was water puddling on the floor outside the freezer. After the technician left-and after I paid almost $300 for the freon charge, I pulled the freezer out from the wall and THERE WAS water pooling on the floor behind the freezer. I feel taken advantage of as the technician couldn't be bothered to unplug the defrost drain (which is the #1 most common issue) and instead took the easy and expensive AND WRONG solution to my problem.
