I put my information out and a salesman reached out to me and told me that he thought that he had a couple of vehicles that I would like. On July 21, 2026 I went into the dealership and he showed me a Honda Civic and I test drove the vehicle and I liked it but it was smaller than what I wanted because I specifically wanted a Honda Accord EXL as I had stated when I put my information on the web site. The following day I went back to look at another vehicle which was a 2017 Honda CR-V and really like it, I test drove the vehicle and decided to Purchase it. I had been approved by my Credit Union for $18,000 and the selling price for the vehicle was $17,000. So we completed all the paperwork and I took possession of the vehicle. It was late in the evening and I am an elderly female and my vision is not great and I don't drive at night. The dealership is approximately seven miles from my residence so I went straight home parked the vehicle and went inside. My plan was to drive to the Hampton Rd area in VA to visit family. I got up the next morning which was the 23rd of July and when I started the vehicle every light on the dashboard came on, I shut the vehicle off and restarted it, the same thing happened I took pictures of this and went inside and told my daughter what happened and she agreed that I shouldn't try to make the trip it was to dangerous to trust that the vehicle wouldn't breakdown before I completed the trip. I called the dealership and spoke with my salesman and was told to bring the vehicle into the dealership. At this point I don't want this vehicle. If the CarFax report gave the vehicle a good inspection and the dealership did a diagnostic on the vehicle then they were fully aware of any problems that the vehicle had. Needless to say I was upset and I was hurt that they would do something like this to a customer. When I arrived back at the dealership with the vehicle I was met by my salesman and I explained to him that I didn't want the vehicle he went and got a sales manager, the sales manager came out with an attitude and told me, "we have cashed your check that's your car, SMILE." I was livid. They provided me with a loaner, at this point I don't know what to do, I had no way of getting home. Being upset and hurt I took the loaner and went home, when I got home I told my daughter what happend and that I didn't even want the loaner, so we took the loaner back. They still insisted that the Honda CR-V was my vehicle and they would fix the problems and I could pick it up when the work was completed. The vehicle was sent to another shop for repairs. The following Monday I got a call from the salesman saying that the vehicle had been repaired, I explained to him that I didn't want the vehicle, I also stated that I had at least a three day period to return the vehicle The sales manager said that I didn't. At my son in laws request I returned to the dealership and picked the vehicle up and took it to a shop for another diagnostic, the report shows that there are still repairs that's going to be needed because of the high mileage that's on the vehicle, 127,000 plus miles. The dealership refuse to do the repairs which leads me to believe that they are betting on the warranty expiring before the repairs are needed. I am at my Witt ends because I feel like I was truly robbed and taking advantage of. In the fifty-five years that I have been purchasing vehicles I have never experienced anything like this. Yep, tire flat. So I jump online to figure out what time this bike shop opens, 11AM. I call in case they do a seasonal shutdown and they confirm they are open for business. We are promptly served, about 5 folks working upfront. We are in/out within 30 minutes with a new tire tube installed plus some advice on future service I will need after I request an inspection for other defects. So I suspect I'll take my bike back at the end of this riding season or early Spring 2025. Their inventory is awesome. There was a customized none-motorized bike upfront waiting for pickup that cost $8K. Mine blowing! They have lots of e-bike too. They have lots of bikes, period. They have a small 2 seat waiting area with coffee service. I bought my bike from them, many moons ago and she's still in pretty good shape(except from being dirty I was told with a smile). The recommended future service stuff is low cost routine maintenance type stuff IMO.

Overall, the shop is cool, nice inventory, nice location, plenty of accessories, cool staff and a competent repair shop. Hours of operation are from 12-5 from M-Sat which doesn't fit a normal customer's work schedule at all. I had to either take off work or plan a Saturday around this repair. But having said that, I'm sure management has a good reason for these hours of operation.
