The first…read moretime i came to this place, i was greeted by people with genuine smiles and a very welcoming heart. I went through a guided meditation session and it was an eye opener for me. Since then i have taken several courses some 3 days long and some 5 days long, each one has brought a very distinctive change in my consciousness. Earlier i used to be either anxiois or regretful about situations and people around me. However now i could see how the same situations no longer bother me as it used to. Not that i am inert to them, but instead of reacting i have learnt to respond. One more positive about the programs this place offers if their follow up programs. Its not a place where you learn something and you are left alone. There is a tremendous amount of time and energy their instructors spend to ensure each week the followup programs are held where a sizeable group comes and meditates together. I have now found a place with people who meditates and shares positive thoughts. I am a much happier and healthier person now after taking their programs. A must try for all !!!
