The quality is impeccable. So happy we found him. Wish we found him sooner. Tiles are so smooth and level. Grout lines are thin.

This is our 3rd time hiring Christopher for a project at our house. I wrote a review for his first…read moreproject but did not for the 2nd or most recent, so I'm including both of those here! Most recently, he came to reinstall our new LVP on our 2nd floor. We (mistakenly) hired a different company to install the LVP (I didn't know Christopher did LVP as well!) and that company installed it at an angle. It looked terrible! Christopher came and very carefully uninstalled the LVP and baseboards to save as many boards as possible. He cleaned up the subfloor and added self-leveler, feathering it out to make it correct. He reinstalled it beautifully - and straight! As expected, he was detailed oriented and put in extra time to make sure it was done right. He even straightened up an angled wall which was bowed to ensure the baseboard sat flush. I also included photos from the bathroom he did for us in early 2024. He laid floor tile, wall tile, shower floor tile, added a niche in the shower, installed the tub and tub faucet! It all looks perfect and is still in great shape 2 years later! Not only is Christopher the best at what he does but I also feel comfortable having him in our home, even if we are not there. He's keeps us updated on the project timeline and is always friendly!

We had the flooring of our home done with them recently. I'm always worried when hiring a…read morecontractor because so many are not good or don't follow through as promised but Tampa Bay Floors and the crew then sent me were great! They provided a quote and didn't pressure us to sign anything right away unlike other contractors. The pricing was fair, they were prompt, courteous, took their time to measure and make sure everything was the perfect fit. There's also communicated well, had minimal waste, cleaned up after themselves. The floor lined up nicely and I have no complaints. It looks beautiful. Thank you! Glad you were recommended to us!

I decided to go with Gerald, despite his quote being a bit higher than the other one that did give a quote. I did so due to his knowledge and professionalism that came across very clearly in the process of him examining the floor and telling me his observations. He seemed like a level headed professional with a deep interest in doing a great job. The project was by no means an easy one as I had just bought a home that had epoxy flooring and it had to be scraped off. Mr. Gerald and his able team found the right machine that could actually do it, as it wasn't standard epoxy either. The flooring was removed, meticulously, he had enough staff on the site and really good ones at that. Any minor damages to the baseboards or walls from the demo were noted by them and fully restored at the end that I nor anyone could tell that those had occurred! I had some really bad flooring.. surfaces not even and such. They were meticulous about removal/demo of the existing flooring, the grounding of the floor to flatten any humps, then using self level were needed to fill the dips. Their lead guy on site Vlad would ensure that I got to know the status at the end of each day and what the plan for the next day was. I always felt I was fully kept abreast of developments and progress. Mr. Green was very reachable and always was prompt in responding to any questions or requests that I had. The last day of the project was amazing. They had a full top to bottom clean up, a walkthrough and any things I brought up were addressed right there and there weren't much to address anyway. Mr. Green truly cares for his clients and treats them well and that just shows up in his team which he has done a good job of putting together. The project was completed ahead of schedule by three days! Pretty significant for a 14 day  project! These guys at Tampa Bay Flooring are true professionals and have high integrity in their work and how they ensure client satisfaction, if not delight. You can't go wrong hiring Mr. Green and his team! I am so glad I went with them! I couldn't be happier about how they made my new house into a home.

The biggest red flag when working with a contractor is needing an attorney just to get answers…read more The owner continues to claim my project stopped because I lacked funds. My experience was different. The project stopped after I refused to pay additional charges for plumbing work that I had fully disclosed before signing the contract, including photos, videos, and a plumbing inspection showing full pipe replacement was needed. I was told this work was included in the original quote. More than six months after my attorney requested documentation, I still have not received a clear accounting of completed work, supporting cost documentation, or a return of funds. Based on the work I can verify was not completed, I believe more than $20,000 remains unaccounted for. I have repeatedly been told that because the project was bid as a whole rather than by line item, there is no need to explain specific charges or provide proof of completed work. Meanwhile, my home remains unfinished with a large hole in the structure and no completed plumbing work visible. Transparency, accountability, and communication matter. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
