UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!! We were nearing the end of our lease for one of our VW TDI vehicles and thinking of switching to financing it or buying it out. We are both busy and were finally able to take the 1.5 hour trip to Abbotsford Volkswagen. Greeted at the door and directed straight to "one of the best salesperson with the most sales" named MEL, a lady with a lot of attitude; she kept on asking questions to probe for the right vehicle to SELL without LISTENING to what we NEED. Long story short, we got passed on to another salesperson who brought us on a test drive for a similar vehicle with LESS options and they extended the term to make it "look" cheaper; what a bunch of idiots. I am giving the 1 star because of this nice gentleman bringing us on the test drive, otherwise this dealership would have been a MINUS. Beware of the female salesperson named MEL, what a DISGRACE to such a reputable company!

No one has a clue about this. No one at all.

I was called and upsold on sanitizing the air vets which I did as I had mice in my engine. I picked up at end of day when they said the car was ready I didn't pop the hood to inspect as I had paid nearly $500 so expected the work ti be done. When I got home I noticed the heating fan was making a very loud noise which wasn't even an issue when I first brought it in and noticed that the engine was the exact same never touched with poop and debris everywhere. I brought it in and the shop manager said they don't clean engines so I asked why I Would he told this by more than one person and charged for it. At this point I didn't even trust if the air duct cleaning and filter was even done. I was told the issue would be resolved. Upon pickup a second tome I noticed it was still not properly cleaned while it was better still not what was expected or paid for. It makes you wonder for the work you can't see is it being done at all?

Unfortunately one of the worst experiences at a dealership yet! Tarun was very nice and helpful but unfortunately his managers Chris and Head Manager Travis were MIA. The car was promised to me they even brought out the sold sign after we had agreed to a price after 3 price changes 2 not in my favour. The finance person contacted me to tell me the price was higher due to gov't fees and taxes to which I responded we have already agreed to a price all in. They stated they were losing money at that price to which I asked to speak to Chris the sales manager. He never bothered to give me a call back and promptly 'sold' the car out from under me. When I contacted Travis his manager he mentioned he would need to find out the details and call me back. It's been a week now I guess no call back. The car appeared back for sale the following day, a coincidence? I think not. This is why car salespersons get a bad reputation due to horrible sales ethics not following through with their promises. I will never step foot or recommend anyone to deal with dealership. There motto on Facebook is "Murray Kia Abbotsford our reputation is your guarantee! Horrible. What is the saying: "Would not recommend this dealership to our worst enemies"…read more While it started well (for the $ales part of course which was 4 months ago), we had an accident with the RAM truck, while in the US. We were sold this pick up with NEW BARELY USED tires in the ad and a 4 inch lift kit. At contract signing when we attempted to negotiate showing comparable models at other dealerships were cheaper, their reply was they could not bring the price down since it has these new tires, lift kit bla-bla. We got it as we liked it. During the road test we flagged shaking, and asked them to check the alignement. They keep the vehicule overnight to "do a alignement check". They never did it (confirmed by Ram dealership we are at now) and mention the shaking is normal due to the new mud trail tires. The driverside tire blew out very violently while we were on the highway. We went off road and my wife got a 6 inch bloody gash on her stomach, and the vehicule got significant damage to the front driver part. Thankfully there was no one besides us on the highway and no ditch. Tires can do this, we get it. There can be things on the road etc. Except this was not the case (dashcam). We get to a RAM dealership for repairs and immediately they asked us with a scared face where we had bought this, as it was a death trap. The "new" tires on it were far from new, they were 2017 dry rotted tires from sitting in a warehouse unused for 9 years. They didn't have much thread use but looking closer at the other 3 remaining tires, we could see years of dry rotting pattern, hundreds of HUGE cracks on every side thread of the tire. The 3 other tires were not only about to explode as well, they were heavily unbalanced. When we reached out to Fraser Valley, asking them to cover the expenses for the gross negligence, we were ghosted for over a week, the told we would get a call back, etc and then given inaccurate Chat GPT bull replies by email. They said: dry rotting can be because you are in Louisiana: the sun. no. The level of dry rotting is years of damage. Tire year doesn't lie, 6 years max are manufacturer recommendations. This tire is 9 year old, sitting in a warehouse rotting. They sold them to us as NEW, not end of life tires that can/will kill you. When we said their bogus inspection paper for their tire inspection magically has significant less tire thread then reality, proving it was bogus/potentially for other tires altogether: they say thread can go significantly up depending on the meter used to measure it?! Their paper was much lower than we had. (Magic probably and we gained lots of thread or wrong tires were looked at) We tell them the ad says 4 inch lift kit but it's 3 inch: they say: garage said it was a 4 inch. (their inches in Abbotsford may be different then Real life inches just like the tire thread) They said: rotting can be because you have a camper truck in the box, that's a lot of weight. no, we have the lightest camper on the market, and a ram diesel 3500 is overkill for it. I wonder who buys a ram 3500 to just look tough and not haul anything. Since our insurance will cover most of the damages but not the 4 tires due to negligence (no sane person would install those end of life tires on a RAM 3500 with a truck camper), we offered them to make it right by paying the 4 tires directly with the dealership we were at. They refused, offered 500$ CAD. Then 700$ CAD. Then mentioned they'd consider the 4 tires, would call back later that day. Got ghosted, then 2 days later they retract the 700$ and go back to 500$. We declined and will go to small claims for the tires, and all costs associated that insurance won't cover (car rental; hotel fees, etc) We weren't asking much other then give us the real NEW tires they has SOLD us in the ad. If you feel like getting fooled, have bogus inspection papers with false information, sales ad full of false Information, drive a ticking time Bomb, get chatGPT replies when there is an issue, by all means this is the Perfect dealership to go to!

Less than a year later, the engine suffered a catastrophic failure directly related to that 'repair.' The Facts: * Missing Records: The executive team (SVP and GM) have admitted in writing that they have no invoice or record of the mandatory repair they claimed to have performed, citing that their third-party shop 'changed structure.' This is a clear failure of their statutory duty under the Motor Dealer Act. * Lack of Communication: I attempted to report a recurring check engine light numerous times shortly after purchase, but my calls were consistently ignored by the dealership staff. * Misleading Information: Management attempted to frame this as a 'high mileage' issue by misrepresenting my mileage as being over 100k, when the vehicle actually had 89k km. Despite escalating this to the Pioneer Auto Group executive level, they have denied all responsibility and even suggested irregular warranty 'upgrades' to cover the failure after the fact. A formal complaint has been filed with the Vehicle Sales Authority of BC (VSA). I strongly advise any potential buyers to double-check that this dealership actually has physical copies of their service records before signing a contract.

They sold me what was supposed to be a new truck, yet it had a dent that was clearly caused while it was on their lot -- and I have the pictures the sales guy sent me before I purchased it that show the dent was already there. When I picked up the truck, it was pouring rain, which conveniently helped hide the damage. It's becoming painfully obvious that they tried to push the truck onto someone who wouldn't notice the problem. That alone says everything you need to know about how this dealership operates. Instead of taking responsibility, the sales managers tried to blame the damage on "manufacturing," which is completely absurd and flat-out dishonest. Anyone with common sense can see this wasn't a factory defect -- it was damage that happened at the dealership, and they just hoped the buyer wouldn't catch it. The management team was dismissive, evasive, and more focused on avoiding blame than helping a customer who just spent big money on a premium vehicle. For a truck as expensive as a Raptor, the lack of integrity, transparency, and basic professionalism is unbelievable. MSA Ford's quality control is nonexistent, their management is incompetent, and their customer service is even worse. If you're considering buying here, inspect every inch of your vehicle in full daylight, because once they've got your money, they'll deny, deflect, and try to pin their mistakes on you or the manufacturer. I'll never purchase from MSA Ford again. There are plenty of Ford dealerships out there -- and almost any of them will treat you better than this place.

I was told I would receive a call back, but I never did. I tried to call back multiple times and Amar the Sales Manager did not return my calls, instead choosing to act unprofessionally and cowardly. A dealership should stand behind their product especially if it is within 1 week of purchase. Since the tire has a slow leak, we have no idea if this problem existed before the car was purchased. I believe a reputable dealership would demonstrate good customer service and take care of such a minor issue to keep their customers happy. This is definitely not the case with Hyundai Abbotsford. I warn any future customers from purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

1 Star -- Predatory Financing, Deception for Profit and Hidden Fine Print…read more Avoid this dealership like the plague!! Read the fineprint in detail on anything you sign, and don't allow them to rush you! This dealership is all about deception and predatory behavior in order to drive profit margins as high as possible. Here is my experience. I financed a used 2016 Scion iM (essentially a Toyota Corolla iM) with 192,000 km. In the finance office, Financial Services Manager Monika Aggarwal charged me an astronomical $3,852 markup for a SecureDrive Mechanical Breakdown Protection policy that caps coverage at a tiny 20,000 km window. On top of that, a $700 tire and rim warranty was tacked on. They claimed this tire and rim warranty was mandatory. Rolling into $4,552 in total warranties into a loan at a 9.99% interest rate. To secure my contract signature, the finance manager explicitly highlighted a "risk-free" 30-day cancellation window verbally to close the deal. However, she completely omitted a critical material fact regarding provincial restrictions: that on day 31, cancellation rights for British Columbia residents drop to absolute zero, a restriction that does not apply to Alberta residents under the same company guidelines. This hidden restriction locks me into a 4-year loan where I will hit my 20,000 km limit within a year, forcing me to pay $45.00 completely out of pocket every single two weeks plus interest for the remaining 3 years of my loan for an absolute ghost product with zero active coverage. General Manager Scott Stephens has formally refused to resolve this internal omission in any way. I have attached two photos as unedited physical proof of this transaction: 1. My physical finance contract receipt highlighting the $3,852 warranty markup. 2. My dashboard odometer showing exactly 194,976 km, proving I have only driven 2,976 km since the June purchase date and have utilized negligible coverage. If you buy a car here, ignore the verbal scripts, deny all the "mandatory" warrenties, request a printout of the fine print, and check your backend loan numbers closely before signing.
