He promised to fix the windshield and clean the car. Several days later I test the car again after he said the car is ready to go. 3 rock chips only fixed 2. Under hood not cleaned at all. When I said the car is still not acceptable, he said he will sell the car to another buyer that day. My wife asked what about our deposit, he said:"do not worry, you will get full refund." After that he tried to sell more expensive cars to us and we could not afford. So we asked for refund, he began to cheat on this car and that car. Then he won't respond our messages, calls and emails. We sent the emails to TMT Auto for help several times, and no response at all. Because I do not have the evidence for his refund promise, and I guess he would lie to the court, so what I can do about him and TMT Auto? Thanks

When I asked for the notes on my account after he said I said something that I did not say, he refused to give me the information I asked for. Derek made me feel like I was a criminal. I would not recommend anyone bank with him. He has no right to watch someones account. I tried to explain everything to him but he would not listen, He told me that I wasn't able to get the money from an e-transfer unless I went into that branch I couldn't go to one closer to where I was. These types of referral programs are illegal in B.C. Steve Phillips (Sales Manager) and Curtis Thomson (General Manager) who is running this kind of programs, when I said I will do a complaint to VSA ,there threatened me. Please read all google reviews before going into this dealership. Check your end cost of the vehicle because there only show you bi weekly payment (lots of bullshit happening in this dealership)
