    Took ,my retro 80's scooter to them in spring of 2021. Was told there was a back order of parts,…read morefine given the pandemic. Checked in every couple of months since they never called. After stopping in was always told, no parts yet, check back. Last time was November December of 2021. Told again, no parts. Stopped in today to check as again, no communication. Owner says he fixed it, tried to reach me, left vm and since he never heard, he just gave away the scooter. Told him there was no missed calls, no VM and I was in a month or so ago with no new news. He said he called and left vm, was very nonchalant, didnt seem to care too much. No missed calls, no VM on my phone. And now no scooter. My son is crushed as he has been waiting to ride this thing for a long time. I would recommend going elsewhere. The lack of communication, lack of getting stuff done and how about just not giving away something that isnt yours?? Go elsewhere for better service, better prices and better people!

Lenny's took care of the warranty claim promptly. Five stars because it's easy to be five star when things go perfectly but the real test is how well I was treated when this warranty issue came up. As an avid cyclist with over 50,000 miles riding experience and countless cycle purchases both online and at local bike shops I know when I've been treated well and Lenny's did a great job for me.

    Ordered a Garmin watch from this store online because they had a pretty good sale on the item…read moreadvertised. A few day later I got a notification that my order had been cancelled with no explanation so I emailed the company inquiring why my order was cancelled, got no response, inquired again a few days later, got no response, then tried to re-submit the order, but the watch was now around $50 more expensive this time (In hindsight I should've purchased through a different company at this point, but I really try to support small businesses and just needed the order placed and done with because I was in a time crunch). After several days of the shipping tracker showing the order had not yet been fulfilled I sent another email inquiring about the status of the order and also again asking about the prior order that had been cancelled and got no response. I went online and started checking whether this was a real company or a fake company that was scamming me at this point (probably should've done this earlier) and everything showed legit so I emailed AGAIN and finally got a partial response that just said "this order has shipped." That's the whole message. No thank you for contacting us, sorry for the delay, etc, and also it in fact had not shipped and instead did not ship until almost a week later. I sent an additional two emails after this asking about the second question in my email (why my original order with the discount was cancelled) and finally got the response "that discount wasn't supposed to be applied to Garmin products." That's the whole response- no sorry for the delay in responding, sorry for the inconvenience, etc. Very poor customer service and order fulfillment. I recommend avoiding the headache and going through a different business. Maybe they are better in person, but based on other reviews probably not.
